In the seaport area directly across the street from outdoor concert venue. Walked with our suitcases to the cruise terminal ( weather was nice). Breakfast was great, location was great and we had a fabulous 11th floor view. Loved it!

The hotel is located in the Seaport area which has plenty of activity but you can easily walk into the main area of Boston to pick up the Freedom Trail. Accessing the main tourist spot from the hotel is pretty easy. The valet staff enthusiastically greeted us every time we came or went from the hotel. They were great!

We were only disappointed with sheets that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. There was something hairy and sticky on our sheets and we cleaned it ourselves. We did expect more from a nicer hotel.
