We had a wonderful stay! The harbor view from our room was amazing. Valet parking service was easy to use and we were able to check in early. The hotel is located in a great spot within the seaport and is very walkable to downtown Boston and beyond. Our room was clean and there was a nice breakfast selection each morning of our stay. Lots of great amenities like the convenience store on the second floor that made our stay easy!

In a good walk able area, close to the airport. Bus to the airport was very helpful and only 2 minutes away. The breakfast was good, the lounge areas were very comfortable. We stayed at the hotel when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The view from the 12th floor is very nice. Pleasant staff and very good mix of dining within a 5 minute scenic walk.

Fun in the seaport district

Every associate of the hotel was friendly, accommodating and service focused. The room was very clean and loved the auto light in the bathroom when I had to get up in the middle of the night. So glad they provided an ironing board and iron in the room. The 12th floor had a magnificent view of the Boston Seaport District Harbor, Logan Airport and Pavilion Music Venue. Great accessibility to transit, the airport and downtown Boston. Loved the free buffet breakfast, which offered many choices. Restaurants in the area are top notch and easy to get to. They do only have valet parking by an outside firm, but they’re friendly and quick to provide wonderful service. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Boston Seaport District that offers over the top service, location and great views please select the Hyatt Place Boston Seaport.

We don't stay at hotels often, but we have stayed at a few, and this was one of the best. Everything was clean and comfortable, from the room to the lobby to the breakfast area. There was flooring rather than carpet in the room, which made us feel MUCH more comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and available for the full time period listed. It's true there were loud concerts nearby at night -- but that was tolerable and shut down by 11:00pm. Enjoying else made up for it. And the silver line bus stop is VERY close by. Would def stay here again.
