The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bar tender Jorge, i believe, was abrupt when i asked "Can i have a toasted almong?". He replied no and walked away. I honestly thought he was kidding and preparing to make the drink when a woman came k er and told him hr could make it. I heard him say we dont have almond liquer. She explained amaretto was used. They exchanged words and eventually i received the drink.

Staff is polite and professional the Executive suite is lnly a suite not impresed at all. polite. For sure my impression of the room is not an Executive Suite, yes is large but that is all. I am 74 years old. I have visited more than 50 countries and stayed in many different hotels. Yes the room was a good size but it is not an Executive Suite. Hope my comments thelp to address my concerns and future gest have a better experiene than the one I had.
