I was not able to control the ac or heat because it's controlled by the hotel and the guests should be able to control in what type of environment we want to, meaning it was too hot in the room for me and my wife to sleep well. Advise to the hotel, these are things customers will not be back to spend even a night in this place

The staff was wonderful. Andre’ the Valet, Alex and Chris were superb. I forgot the women’s name at the desk but she was as good and compassionate as all of them. They really took care of my son and I. The food was great and the room was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
