The room was hot, and the air conditioning was not working. However, the staff moved us to another room right away. The beds were not comfortable. Otherwise, the service and the staff were excellent! Chad was also very helpful, and he is the best staff!

Definitely a five star experience!

State at the Hyatt in Boston Harbor was a great experience! It was right near the airport, so there’s a free shuttle which you can take from and to the airport. There’s a water taxi you can take right from the hotel to numerous destinations which makes sightseeing and exploring very easy. Chad was very helpful in getting us set up with that. The view from our room on the 11th floor was fantastic! We so enjoyed looking at the city lights at night. The service and food at the restaurant was excellent as well! I also am giving the Hyatt a five star for their honesty. I left my credit card at the restaurant after breakfast, and got a phone call right away from Darius stating that he found the card and it would be at the front desk. I was so relieved! Thank you for a great stay in Boston!

Good location but old

The hotel is pretty old, though kept in good condition. Hotel staff was friendly and room service was good. However, the air-conditioning machine is extremely loud! It is very hard to have a restful sleep. I believe this is due to the age of the hotel.

This was a nice hotel with an incredible view. It was close to the airport & included a shuttle to & from, but you do need a taxi or Uber to go do activities downtown. It was quiet & nice to be away from everything when we were ready to call it a night.

I only stayed for one night with a family member who was catching a flight the next day. Everything was squeaky clean and the staff in all departments were pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The food was good in the restaurant and the Harbor side had amazing views. I think for the price I paid for an aerial view room it would have been nice to leave us more than one water and stock the fridge with things we could at least purchase. And/ Or provide a discount for the airport view rooms.

Hotel was nice and clean. No amenities in the room but guest services delivered what we needed. Self parking was convenient and plenty of space but I didn’t think they needed to charge $50 for that or the destination fee. Shuttle to airport was convenient.

When we arrived, the front of the hotel looked as though it was deserted, no lighting outside and I had to get out of the car to see if the doors were openable. Once inside, the staff were very approachable and accommodating.

Love the location and ease to get to/from airport. Beautiful views of harbor. Shuttle was crazy efficient with less than 5 min wait every time we used it

This hotel is an absolute dream. I experienced the most relaxing night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The view of Boston Harbor was stunning, and the service was exceptional. Every detail was top-notch, from the thick bath towels to the impeccable bedding and pillows; even the accent chair in the room was beautiful. 10/10 Highly recommend.
