Our welcome was very good. Reception staff(Swedish guy)Location was great. Bed and room very comfortable. Room smelt strongly of cigarettes and phone calls to housekeeping were not picking up.

Good Evening, I stayed in this hotel with two reservations, from Friday until Monday, I noticed and notified the staff that the bath water was leaking out and didn’t stop,I reminded on Saturday again and was told they will send someone to fix it, until Monday at 10;30 the water was still leaking, just a waste of water. Hopefully it will be fixed before the next customer. The staff was very friendly, and the valet manager was just amazing with all his help with us, older customers,

The staff made the hotel. The front desk staff, the valets, the restaurant staff were all great, Call out to Michael, Hagos at the front desk, Daniel the supervisor at the valet for their outstanding service. We were in Boston for the Head of the Charles crew races and it was nice to able to see the race starts from our room and the restaurant/bar balcony. Not many food choices within easy walking distance but their is a Trader Joe’s less than a 1/2 mile away that was a great supplement.

Excellent stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Both the cafe and the restaurant offered delicious food with plenty of options. The room was spotless and refreshed daily. While the rooms show a bit of age, the outstanding service, prime location, and wonderful view more than make up for it.

Hyatt needs to value their human staff and dump AI

The staff we stellar. Hyatt's AI driven phone system is awful. Absolutely awful. You would do better connecting potential guests to a front desk with a live person. If it weren't for your live staff, I would have given a much lower review. The phone had no dial tone. No instructions on how to use it. So, I couldn't contact the front desk or order room service. I couldn't download the app because my Hotels.com confirmation # was not the same as the Hyatt's confirmation number, needed to use the Hyatt App. So I had to go down to the front desk to talk to a human being.
