The bad; shower curtain was broken, no bathroom fan, noise from bathroom easily heard in the room as well as noise from outside the room(had to use earplugs), leaking tub faucet which can be heard from the bed and a strong noise(like a con rete hammer that came out of the sink faucet everytime the hot water was on. The good, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, good blackout, good coffee, walkable.

Loved the glass elevators! Good food options in the restaurant. No pastry/food sales after 11 in the market seemed like a flawed policy given that you could buy other things in the market area. Quiet and clean rooms.

There is major construction of a hospital across the street. The rooms are noise when the AC comes on. The gym is very small, no place to stretch on floor (no mats). My shower ran out of shampoo (it was empty!). I asked for a refill after, person said yes, and it didn't happen. Had to call desk to get someone to fill it up.

I would have given zero-star if I could. Disappointing service with Hyatt this time. The room and location are good. However, the front desk lied to me about the destination fee. We saw that on Expedia when we booked it and asked the front desk. The front desk claimed that if we don't use anything on the list, they will refund the destination fee. So we didn't use anything, including the $10 food credit, hotel shuttle, coffee machine. On the day of checkout, the front desk re-assured to us that we will get refunded for both destination fee and the hold. However, after 10 days, destination fee is not refunded and I called them. They said the company's policy states that $20 destination fee is imposed mandatorily. THIS IS STRAIGHT UP LYING TO CUSTOMERS. I am very disappointed at Hyatt for lying.

Nice location
the location was nice, our room was slightly disappointing, we reserved a river room, however the window was damaged so it obscured the view we paid for, the sheer curtains were shredded. The rest of the hotel was nice, the employees were all happy and helpful. Our room was clean. I let the mgr know about our issue with the room, he took care of us with a smile.
