Things less than optimal: 1) To get change we have to go to the little store and after 5pm it's not open. Then need to go one floor up to the bar 2) The store is limited. E.g., no breakfast cereal (cheerios, etc.) 3) The restaurant is freezing - the staff agrees and there's no way to warm it up 4) There should be a way to have guests come and dine with us without paying $18 dollars or more for parking 5) The telephone is confusing: If buttons are pushed, one always gets a busy signal for anything. 6) The cable TV is limited - far fewer channels than standard cable. 7) dining in room: staff does not read comments generally (e.g., asking them NOT to send silver or plastic ware) 8) make it clear that one line of people is used in waiting for the front desk help (some customers take much more time than others so individual lines are not effective) 9) let people go in and out the side door (valet only one) 10) when one wants to go green and not have daily maid service (we keep the room immaculate), make it easy to get a message to the maid so they don't get frustrated by the "do not disturb" sign and end up leaving messages to the tenant All the staff and in-dining and room service and maid service people are friendly and helpful (even if cold)
