Beautiful hotel, friendly and attentive staff. The first time I’ve stayed in a hotel that I didn’t feel the need to clean it myself. The room was spacious and had an enormous bathroom which is rare. The only negative was the fridge had a tiny spot available for my things. I would suggest staying on the harbor side vs the garden view just because there is a fire dept across the garden and it was busy.

Perfect location

Beautiful hotel located in the middle of everything in downtown Boston on the water. Very easy to walk to almost everything. Wonderful fitness center/indoor pool.

Nice hotel convenient to lots of Boston attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice views. Helpful staff. Only downside: parking is expensive and a bit of a pain.

This hotel was great start to finish. The spa is amazing! Had fantastic couples massage. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and accommodating and there are lots of great restaurants and things to do near by.

I arrived at almost 1am from across the country and once I made it to the check in, they did not allow me to stay without a physical credit card. I had all my cards digitally, confirmed online that this hotel allowed virtual check in and every single search states they do, for them to have no empathy or even try to make accommodations, being that I showed them their website saying they do accept that, I had to find another hotel to stay in at 1am with large luggage and I am just finding out they didn’t bother refunding me and still charged me $500! Filing a claim but this place is AWFUL
