I had to leave at 1 o'clock in the Morning, people very noisy and was not very clean. $150 down the drain would not stay there again!

OK place to stay for the night
I stayed here for the night to attend a conference at the Essex tech school. The location was perfect for where I needed to be in the morning- just 1 mile away. Reasonable price, easy friendly check in process. Rooms are a lttle run down and need some attention, cosmetic stuff. But relatively clean. Bed was pretty comfortable, shower had good water pressure and shampoo conditioner and soap in dispensers on the tub wall. TV worked well. I had a virtual meeting that night and wifi was good. Some other guests around me were up late (after midnight) and making noise, which wasn't ideal as it sounded like they were right outside my room. I think they had some breakfast items and coffee for free in the am, which I didn't take advantage of because there was breakfast at the conference. Grounds seemed pretty well kept. OK place to stay, and I was happy not to deal with traffic getting to conference that morning from where I live.

Good experience except for mattress
Staff was courteous and helpful. Check in/out was easy. For a building of it's age it was in good repair and well maintained. However, to say my mattress was uncomfortable is an understatement. When I sat on it it appeared thick, but was the most flimsy thing I've slept on short of a cheap pull-out couch. Rooms were fairly sound proof from neighbors. Took an Uber there, but there seemed to be ample parking. Continental breakfast was offered and looked well stocked but I opted not to eat. Would consider it again if it were not for the bed.

This place is right next to the police station and I felt safe. Staff was nice helpful and amazing. Thank you. Next time just maybe make sure the rooms are cleaned better. Overall, I had a great stay!

rooms updated but lighting was awe full. Connections for charging and more outlets needed. real fast options need to be available and in adequate supply. All I could find to eat even remotely nutritious was whole wheat toast and peanut butter.

We pulled into the hotel later at night…around 8:30. The signage was poor on finding the place in the dark but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely an older motel that has been fixed up over the years. Not the most updated, but very clean and in a surprisingly quiet spot along some major roads. An easy 20 min drive to our main destination of Salem. The staff were friendly too. Breakfast was ok but would have liked to have a waffle maker or something along those lines. Overall a great spot…would definitely stay there again.
