All staff was so kind except for Ana and Sonia from breakfasta area. They were so rude , i asked for.eggs at 8.40am on Friday and they said that was late for that. If they dont want to offer a good service, they shouldnt work there

This is my second time in this hotel. The room was clean but does not have room service. Breakfast is okay but it is too small to accommodate everybody. You need to go earlier to get yogurt and bagel

Not a bad hotel
It is an OK hotel, cheaper than staying in Boston proper. A bit over priced for what it is, but that is Boston for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning is appreciated. I think they need more morning kitchen staff as we ran out of eggs and creamer frequently in a course of an hour....lots of people. This is our second time here...so it is kind of our goto hotel near Boston. Interestingly, the area is under constructions and has been for at least 2 years...there is no road sign for the hotel at street level, nor is there a street sign pointing to the hotel at street level. Assembly Row is in walking distance for Trader Joe's or restaurants.

We stayed for a night. The staff was great, excellent service. Breakfast was a limited variety, pretty underwhelming. A lot of construction nearby made for unsafe walking in the area. While clean you can tell the hotel is aging, there was a hole our tub surround.
