Great Service at the Hotel!

Excellent hotel. They have employees that speak Spanish! Two thumbs up! For next time, my only claim is with the shuttle guy, who gave me the wrong baggage and I had a bad time at the airport trying to find the guy with my suitcase.

Shabby but clean and friendly.

I was stranded at Logan Airport by thunderstorms. I booked at La Quinta Inn and Suites. When I called to ask about getting a shuttle to the hotel, they were great, friendly, and helpful. I also took the shuttle back to the airport 5 hours later. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle driver was friendly and sympathetic to my sleep-deprived self. The hotel itself is a bit shabby, but my room was clean, the shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel, by any means, and if you are frightened of less-than-rich guests in the lobby, banged-up elevators, and a few wobbly things, you won't like it. But it was perfectly acceptable for what I needed.

Want to let you know the the receptionost or desk staff need additional traininh on how to handle customees. Ghey have an attitide and impatient. Room was dirty. And linen smells.

Room was spacious and clean and well supplied. Website or Expedia did not say breakfast was later on the weekend which is 7pm. Info indicated breakfast was 6pm. As a result we got no breakfast since we had a 9am flight. Shuttle leaves on the hour so we had to leave for 6am.

Okay hotel for the price

For the price, you get what you paid for. The area around the hotel has a lot of stores and restaurants—very cool location. Rating is based on professionalism and the condition of the hotel. Saying this, we would stay again because we like that we can walk to many places. It's just not worth a 4 or 5 stars.
