Too expensive
This place is not worth $300 a night. It is okay at best. Not the cleanest, breakfast is okay, the airport shuttle takes a while cause it only leaves every top of the hour. Overall it was okay, just way over priced.

Location wise not so good. Lots of homeless and druggies people are hanging around the area and also seen staying at the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Area is bit dirty and noisy due to close to the highway. Hotel amenities are needs to be worked up. Bit broken and no functional. Not so safe feeling.

Incredibly helpful staff. No daily housekeeping unless you request it the night before. The included breakfast is basic but adequate - white bread, white bagel, 3 cereals, one yogurt, make your own waffles and porridge, scrambled eggs and sausage. Bath tubs have no plug deliberately so you can only shower. Carpets were very old and dirty. Windows do not open and air con very noisy. Airport transfer was fantastic. Great shopping centre a five minute walk away. Subway station a ten minute walk. Overall this is very good value if you are on a tight budget.

I stayed there for 3 nights and there was no option for room service, or housekeeping. No gaurentee time for them to arrive. So we felt bad trying to schedule house keeping. Remote had crusted food on it, lamps had visible food on it. Microwave was not clean. Elevators were dirty. Room was outdated and not cleaned entirely when we got there. It felt like a use bedroom, the room had lady bugs in it. Breakfast room had very limited seating and felt cramped. Only fruit was apples. All in all this hotel was overpriced for the experience, and I certainly did not liking doing my own house chores while on vacation

Old hotel, good location
Hotel is old, not updated, and could use a really good cleaning. Carpet in room has spots and noticeable dirt behind furniture. Stayed here because of the location and everything else was sold out or WAY too expensive.

The hotel was very dirty, dingy and gross. I paid almost $500 which was a complete rip off. We stayed at a La Quinta in Palm Springs and it was much nicer and less money. That's what I Expected.

Walked in and manager was at the front desk with staff loudly reconciling something. They were so involved in that loud conversation, not one of the 3 people said hello or welcome. The man checking me in continued in that loud conversation with the manager The linen was scratchy and difficult to sleep on. Towel placed on the sink had makeup! Towels dingy. At over $ 300 a night, certainly this should be better.
