The hotel was ok. Only one elevator to use and made it difficult for my handicap husband at times. Beds were uncomfortable, notice out bathroom was growing mold on the ceiling and lad that was setting up breakfast areas was a bit rude.

Average room, the whole hotel was in need of renovations. 1 working elevator. The free breakfast offered 3 types of cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, oatmeal. Orange juice and apple juice. They charge $10 a night for parking. Definitely won't stay here again. The gentleman who checked us in was great and friendly.

The pictures on the site are too good to portray the actual condition of the place. It's old, dingy, and dirty. Our room carpet was wet and moist. Very not-at-par with the Somerville area.

Stayed here for two nights to see a show at TD Garden. While close to downtown Boston, this was not worth the money we ended up spending. It was too far to walk to public transportation, so you have to drive everywhere and they charge 10 dollars a day for parking, which we didn’t expect. Stains on everything from the curtains, to the towels, to the bedding. Very outdated, with concerning rickety elevators. Its only perks were that it was steps away from a great shopping center and all interactions with the staff were good. I’d give a rough 2.5 stars. Personally, I would rather splurge on something a bit nicer. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience but I was disappointed because we did not find it to be as cheap as it should have been for the quality.

Not worth the $$$

First, I want to acknowledge that the staff and service were excellent — every employee we interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of updates, and it shows. We were only able to get the TV to work once, for about 30 minutes. After that, it wouldn’t turn on, even though the remote lit up and the TV power light was on. The internet was only available for a brief moment before cutting out. With only one elevator in service, the wait to get on was often long and frustrating, especially during busy times. The chair in our room was broken — the back would collapse onto you the moment you sat down. The condition of the room was disappointing. There were water spots on the ceiling, trash left on the box holding the curtains, and more trash behind the dresser. The phone didn’t work at all, meaning we couldn’t call the front desk. Using our cell phones wasn’t an option either — there was no Wi-Fi and barely any cell service to make a call. The location is a mixed bag. The hotel sits in a run-down, dirty, and somewhat sketchy area. While a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood with great restaurants, some shopping, and a lively atmosphere is only about a quarter of a mile away, the walk there felt sketchy enough that we chose to drive instead. Once you reach that area, it feels like you’re in a completely different world.

The price reflects the dated and worn condition of the property so I might stay again. Hallways are dark, carpets are old, bathtubs are filthy, etc. Absolute worst breakfast of any "free" breakfast hotel that I've stayed at. And why do you let the staff slouch in the front lobby chairs on break? Highly unprofessional...

Horrible birthday week

The hotel room was not clean. The hotel needs renovation in the room. Old furniture mattress is out if shape and the phone doesn’t work television was fading in and out and was told their is a problem with the system and the breakfast a disgrace only served the same thing everyday for three days straight. I have stayed in your hotels in other states this one is one that should close down. I booked three rooms all rooms were tetrible
