We stay here every time we come to Boston. It is easy to get to, has onsite parking and is within walking distance of a T station, which is everything we look for in a spot for Boston. The reason for 3 stars is a drastic price increase compared to what we paid just last year. $300+ for a night is a lot, especially for a hotel that needs some maintenance done. The key cards to get in to the rooms barely worked, the toilet was struggling over a bit of TP, and the front door almost hits you when it opens. Parking used to be included, but now a $10 dollar fee is added on to the already steep new prices. We've always loved the location and convenience, but for that price we will most likely look elsewhere for our next visit
