I stay here often. The location is convenient, and the hotel is situated on a lake with very pleasant views. The restaurant is terrific and reasonable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is a bit dated, but the rooms are clean and reasonable. I'll be back.

So the staff are wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The latch on one of our windows was broken and the first night there we found a big black spider crawling around the wall and webs/sacks in a cpl corners of the ceiling... This of course made us paranoid the whole time about bugs. Luckily we only had two more small spider sightins. You do have to ask for clean towels, more toilet paper and kind of mitigate your trash as they do not clean your room, we stayed a week and it wasn't cleaned once. I love that there is fresh hot breakfast every morning and it is very tasty! The place has a lot of potential and could be amazing with some upgrades and TLC.

The staff was very friendly, the room was fairly clean the bathroom had mold on the ceiling however. Also I may have missed in the description but the nightclub/bar was directly below our room the music was very loud till 11pm. Which for us was ok we are late night people but others may not like that.

Overall stay was good. Property is beautiful. Took a morning walk along the lake both mornings after breakfast. Just a couple minor issues w/ the room. The drain in the bathtub didn't drain very well at all. There ended up being a giant stain on the side of the mattress. Looked like an old blood stain. I didn't notice until the morning we left. Ugh..
