You get what you pay for. Rooms are clean, staff was friendly and the beds are comfortable. However they are need of an update. Stains on the carpet, older shower, etc. If you can get past that it's a great place to sleep and shower.

The best thing about this property was the employees other than that it’s dirty rundown we were there from Monday through Wednesday. It was full the whole time. I don’t understand why you can’t afford at least some new pillows. Those pillows were definitely 20-year-old pillows. The sheets were clean. The sink was new and able to use and the shower was clean -the only reason I didn’t run from that town. The rest of the room was terrible. We mainly stayed out of it. No one services your room while you stay there I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and washrags, due to they gave us two towels and two wash rags for two people staying three nights. I would not recommend this place unless you don’t mind dirty.

We showed up 10 minutes early and he charges a $25 early Check fee we asked for extra pillows and the guy at the front desk gave us an attitude about it The air condition is stopped working throughout the night sweltering in our room would not recommend

Sketchy neighborhood, furnitures are old, cleanliness was 2-3 out of 5, towels etc, bed sheet was clean, hotel is 30-40 mins from downtown Boston, amazing lakeview just by the lake but I didn’t get a room with a view it was seeing the parking lot, price is much 70% lower than what is available in Boston downtown.

The location is excellent, especially if you want to go for a 5k walk around the lake, as I did after a very long day driving. The hotel has its charms but the rooms need some attention. Using bedspreads just doesn't give a good, clean vibe (would love to see them switch to duvets with removable covers that are changed like the sheets). The showerhead was loose from the wall and the tv reception was giving me memories of a rural area in the 1970s. The people working there were wonderful and it was quiet. Would just appreciate a few upgrades.

They have a great bar on site and the facility is right next to the lake. Disappointed that there was no breakfast the next morning due to unforseen circumstances.

No elevator and ice only only 2nd floor. Managed to get room on first floor but tub bottom had no porcelain/paint and room was lacking in cleanliness and needs updated. Staff was friendly and helpful but management needs ice on 1st floor and to update and ask during reservation process if there are accessibility issues. I have pics of the tub if needed to verify my comments.

The staff were friendly and offered good service. Unfortunately that doesn’t compensate for the shockung state of the room we had; no match for the pictures. The carpet is really worn and badly stained. The power outlet on the headboard is loose and dangerous. There are coat-hangers, but there is nowhere to hang them. The included breakfast was average and simply not available on Mondays
