Connecting doors between adjoining rooms so flimsy I heard every word of a conversation between two people who were speaking in normal tones. AC sounded like a toilet flushing when it turned off. I was advised upon arrival that this is a “destination hotel” and was hit with a surprise extra fee of $100. In exchange I was given $50 in coupons for the hotel dining room and bar. Breakfast not included with the room.

Good location, very close to MIT. Property in good decor and environmentally friendly measures in place. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond on several occasions. Worthy of special mentions are Nancy R and Daxondra B at the reception front desk (full names not mentioned to preserve privacy of the individuals) who were a pleasure to deal with, helping out with a smile. They really are worthy of credit and an asset to the hotel.
