General location perfect. Front desk ok. Did not learn there was coffee until the am I left when I spotted it. Old hotel kept up best you can expect. Hard to access the beach side esp if staying in the south building where there is a maze to locate. Restaurant is great.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The rooms look larger in the posted pictures, but it was accommodating. I loved the area and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely do a return visit

Entire place needs an upgrade. The “resort” was dirty, smelled like sewage and was completely coming a part. Bedrooms had stains, damages and hair everywhere. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. Parking is an additional cost and it’s almost impossible to find a spot.

Beautiful rooms, property is immaculate. My only issue was check in. Called to request early check in, traveling with my 80 year old parent. Rooms were across the hall from each other as requested, but the walk to and from the elevator for semi handicap was not convenient. We watched quite a few others check in very early, us not until close to usual check in time.

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location - right across from the beach! The pool and hot tub were both very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a bistro right on property but there are also a lot of other good choices for breakfast/lunch/dinner to walk to. The only negative thing was that our bathroom door was broken in our room did not close at all. This was mentioned to the staff and someone was supposed to come fix it but that never happened. We were only there for 1 night so we made do. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The resort looks a bit better in the pictures online than in person. Parking was difficult when I arrived—there are two small lots on the property, but they fill quickly on weekends, so I had to park about a block away in a dirt lot not on-site. The room itself was very nice. The fireplace was a great touch, the TV had plenty of channels, and the room was spotless—you could tell housekeeping did an excellent job. My balcony technically overlooked the beach, but it was on the side of the building rather than directly facing the ocean as the photos suggest. Still, the sunrise view was gorgeous, and I really enjoyed spending time out there, even though it’s small and realistically only one person can sit comfortably. The one major downside was my shower. The knob was broken and pieced back together, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. I reported it with their automated text system, and staff quickly responded with an apology and a 10% discount. While I appreciated that, it was still disappointing given the cost of the stay. Despite these issues, I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, and the area around Nantasket Beach is beautiful. The stay was pricey, but that’s likely because I booked only three days in advance for one of the last weekends of summer. If they were more transparent about balcony views and kept up with small repairs, I’d rate it higher. Overall - SOLID 3.3/5

Check in was easy and easy. Somehow I always manage to get the handicapped room. Low sink. No counter space. Shower only with seat. Normally I would ask to change, but there were many people waiting in the lobby for their room to be cleaned so I let it be. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. Fireplace was nice. Parking was limited. Restaurants within walking distance were amazing. My only issue was the bathroom. The handicapped shower leaked all over the floor. It was hard to put the seat up. It just didn’t look clean at all. The water was barely warm. I didn’t sleep much due to noise and the light streaming in from under the door. Eventually had to block it with a towel. It was an ok stay.

The in-room coffee is awful compared to anywhere else I stay. The plastic trays are cheap and the coffee is VC always watery. Otherwise it was a very nice stay, except for the ease at getting lost in the hotel lol.
