The hotel was well maintained, I loved the fireplace in the room and the amazing ocean view. The rooftop deck was wonderful, if staying check it out. Hull is not known for ample parking so if you stay here, try to only have one vehicle. The beach across the street is the reason for our stay!!!!

The property was clean. Location was great. Staff was friendly. My only complaint. There was NO bell staff to assist with luggage. We stay in upscale hotels regularly and this location seemed to kiss the mark on having Bell staff. We will stay here in again!

Everything was great about my stay. The room was very cozy and the ocean view was life. My only complaint is the sink and tub drain were slow. Besides that I had amazing time being so close to the beach and walking the strip.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to crash on a weekend beach getaway. Great location. Roof deck was awesome. Staff was friendly. Lower your expectations for upkeep and cleanliness overall. The pool was kind of gross. Had my kids get out and go to the beach after looking around and realizing how dirty everything was.

Could only get coffee in the morning- and it was not that good. Restaurant did not open till 11:30 so no food service at the property until lunch And then, for dinner - But no liquor license Doubt I would go back to this property

Safety concern

Illegal lock on door to tent area. Not in line with fire codes. Check all exit doors for "thumb locks". Panic bars can be adjusted to lock outside out. Look into it..

I am local to Hull, Ma. just a short 30 minute ride to the hotel. On my birthday, I wanted my adult children and their families and a vacation beach getaway. However, we were unable to travel far. This hotel hit the mark for what I wanted for my birthday without the far commute. Firstly, I called to get an early check in. I called at 5:00am and the staff member (a gentleman) was top notch and called me back before 6;00am to let me know my room was ready to check in at noon. It was a Sunday. Upon check-in, I explained that my children were spending my birthday with me but were not staying. They gave me a parking pass for both me and my visitors making our experience less stressful with small children. We had an amazing day on the beach. Got some pool and jacuzzi time in the hotel pool, and ate in the yummy restaurant on the ground level. Finally, at the end of the day retired to the beautiful, clean and comfy room and the kids all went home. We got an ocean view room so we sat on the balcony listening to the waves late night. However, this some local places to go with music and food and beverages within walking distance. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating to my requests. My birthday was perfect and it was so wonderful that we decided we would be coming back for another getaway this summer. I highly recommend this hotel on the beach. PS- my son had his wedding there last year and everything was perfect too.

The resort was wonderful! My only complaint is that the parking situation for guests is extremely limited and we were left driving around, to circle the block for approximately an hour after we checked in waiting for someone to leave so that we could park! Not ideal for a hotel that says free onsite parking is included. I feel like that was a serious misrepresentation on their part.

We wanted to go to the beach but I didn’t want the heat of somewhere down south. This was a perfect spot. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beach was literally across the street and we had a view of the beach from our balcony.
