I was not happy with all the extra charges they added at the end of my stay. It went from a 1300$ bill to a 2000$ bill at checkout. They call things complementary but then they charge you at the end, would be nice if the staff fills you in on all this extra charges. Don’t think I’ll be satisfying there again.

Stayed here for two nights for our anniversary. We were able to change our room that we had booked to a room with a soaking tub which was amazing and the staff gave us complementary wine and chocolates! The only complaint was that the heated pool was cold and the hot tub jets did not work. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and will be back!

Omni seaport

A great place to stay that has everything you need. Absolutely no reason to leave or order delivery. Just leave your room and go down stairs for everything top notch. I will return.
