Location was really key. Stayed in a different hotel last year when visiting PAX and when this one was available I figured I’d give it a shot. The restaurant Coquette was wonderful. Beautiful inside, fantastic service and didn’t wait at all. I was not a fan of the room designs. They felt really small. The shower attached to the toilet area feels really awkward with two people and really close to the bed area. Overall, outside of the convenience to be able to walk, I probably would rather have a larger room and longer walk from somewhere else.

A nice hotel, updated and classy.

First time staying at Omni hotel and it was a pleasant experience over all. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Nicely updated. Its a busy hotel - we were there, much like many guest for my sons college graduation.

The Omni at Boston Seaport is a lovely, centrally located hotel with a beautiful interior. The staff provided world-class service and everything was high quality. My only “complaint” is how small the room I had was - but it was a very nice room with a fridge and a good bed. The last thing I will say is that this hotel is like an art museum on the inside. Pretty and interesting things to look at while you aren’t out and about in Boston. 10/10

We spent one night at the Omni for my husband’s birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful and the check in and parking were fast and convenient. The lobby has a couple of bars/dining options. We did not use the pool or gym. We were pretty disappointed with the room unfortunately. The ceiling and random pillar in the room was a rough/irregular cement the looked as if they forgot to finish it. No pictures on Expedia or Google that we saw reflected the rooms looking like this. There was also wall paper peeling off in the bathroom. The exposed cement did not give “industrial/modern” vibes, it just looked run down. It was very off putting and unexpected
