Room was very small, very nice but small. No coffee in the room. A area in the hall was sectioned off. But hot chocolate was offered but none was available on any floor. I was told to get it down stairs.

We had an amazing stay at the Omni Boston Hotel in Seaport. The view was spectacular and the food in the area was amazing. The hotel fitness center is top-notch and open 24 hours a day. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend the Omni for your upcoming visit to Boston. You will not regret it.

A strike was going on so we weren’t able to check in early and services were very limited but they were able to hold our luggage. The room had a very pretty view but was very small. It was clean and we had what we needed but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. We loved the Cocorico coffee shop.

Beautiful hotel with some limitations
This hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Pros: - modern - great bedding - onsite restaurants - efficient check-in/check-out process - friendly doormen - heated pool and hot tub - life vests and pool noodles available for kids - clean facilities - convenient location at the seaport Cons: - limited in-room amenities, e.g. no shower cap, body lotion or slippers - pool deck very windy and lounger chairs not secure (our chairs fell into the pool!) - room service very basic (e.g. bottled cocktails, food in to-go containers) Overall, it was a nice stay, but for the caliber of the hotel we were expecting a few more amenities and attention to detail.
