The room was fine, staff interactions were fine. Excellent place to stay; convenient to Mass. Ave amenities. I like the fact that there was no extra charge for parking -- used to be around $30.00 or so.

Every year I am saying at this same hotel for my Program at Harvard. This year I got a warm welcome as usual and I requested the front desk guy to give me a best room as Ai was tired after 4 hrs drive. He was so nice and offered me a best room- Room number 8.
