I did not mind having to ask for the room to be cleaned - I appreciated the privacy. The restaurant next door was excellent but much too loud - the owners should consider hiring an acoustician - it would probably be easy to fix the noise problem with advice from a specialist.

Great location next to Porter Square T station and Commuter Rail to other parts of MA. Lots of restaurants across the street and one at front of hotel. CVS, Target nearby, clean rooms and beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Able to store luggage for rest of last day while I walked around with just a backpack.

Perfect location to visit The Burren for St. Patricks day. The valet parking was a definite plus. There was lots of places to eat in walking distance and the lounge at the hotel was really nice.
