We booked this hotel a couple weeks ago. After driving 4 hrs with an 8 month old baby, we arrived to a hotel that was not even open. The sign said the hotel was closed due to Covid. There should’ve been communications that this hotel was temporary or permanently closed

The property was disgusting and there were multiple large families staying there. It was quite noisy and a bit seedy. The location was farther from the airport.

I had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the desk and then the guy at the counter had his headphones in while helping me. Unprofessional but nice. The room is not very clean. I found a hair in the sink and a hair in the bed.

Stayed one night. Good for quick stay. Clean and housekeeping is nice. We had a double bed. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Different selections. 15 minutes from downtown. We went to a concert at TD gardens so this location was perfect for last minute.

Some things should stay at home, like bedbugs.
My first room had bed bugs. I was accommodated with another room, which I was hesitant on even getting under the covers. The sofa in both rooms are out of date, stained, and not fluffy. If you just need a place to sleep then I hope you won’t have a room with bed bugs. This is not a vacation friendly hotel. Breakfast is good though, you get to make your own plate.

The loud bathroom fan has no switch to turn it off. So we finally closed the door. Went in a few hours later it was uncomfortably hot in there. To flush the toilet you had to hold the handle till it was done. There was a couple small stains on the off white curtains.....looked like dried blood.

I have always travel with quality inn, no more
I was told on two occasions that there would be a cot in our room, but we called down to lobby when we got in the room and it wasn’t there. They told us they don’t have any cots. Secondly, the TV didn’t work at all and seriously, there was no incentives for $360.00 for one night.
