Best up but comfortable so called 3 star

Old hotel. Public spaces downstairs freshly redone and maintained. Hallways and rooms and elevator show their age. Hallways not maintained. During the Nor'easter in May one hallway was leaking water. First floor one block's air handler was buzzing. Shower shows abuse. Beds are ok. TV's while modern have 480 resolution image and compressed vertical image. Channel selection is small compared to other brands. In short...guest areas are beat down and barely maintained. Beware of breakfast area being short on food due to staff inattention. Menu does not change meat selection. Eggs are something left in the pan. Not enough room to mention everything I find wrong with this place.

Very old property with broken lamps and banged in walls. The door did not close properly and had a huge gap in it. The building is barley “accessible” for my husband and his wheelchair.

It was very clean and lived the quietness. Exactly what one wants when staying at away from home. The one problem I had wasI do not think it is fair th as t you have to pay $10 a night to park your car. That is just ridiculous. It is not even in a secured parking garage. They need to do away with that. Also, holding $100 for incidentals is a little bit much considering nobody uses hotel phones anymore. Everybody has cell phones.
