Great hotel off the highway.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, even got a call to see if everything in the room is fine. Would stay again.

The room was full of construction tools. It smelled awful. There was a very loud buzzing noise in the room that went on all evening. The area seems unsafe and the clientele were shady.

Red Roof Plus really is an awesome place to stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are very comfortable. The location is terrific. Plenty of food options nearby. As well as other shopping and businesses.

This place was very clean. The staff was for the most was friendly and helpful outside of one clerk that was really snarky and unhelpful. I would still stay here and just avoid that one staff member.

It was difficult to check in even with a pre-paid reservation. They kept a copy of my driver's license. When I asked what happened to that once I checked out, I was told I didn't have to stay there. I'm not sure why they need a copy of my license with all my proprietary information for their files. Also not sure why there was immediate attitude for my asking a simple question, I've never had to do that before at a hotel and I travel extensively.
