Holes in the blankets blood in the bathroom

First and foremost, the concierge was the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. There was a trail of blood in the bathroom and then when I told her that none of the outlets in the room worked so I could charge phone/laptop, etc. then proceeded to give me an attitude And sent me to a different room after giving me a hard time. I’m only just writing this now because it happened last month and now I’m just getting a survey about it.
