Room was not deeply clean charger for parking that is not even on the list of things Room service guys comes in with no uniform or even a tag name Cleaning person just drags bag trash leaking all around main lobby Fridge in my room wasn't working and leaking on floor Toilet was just running constantly Floors around main lobby ware just dirty Power outlet on lamp next to bed just hanging with risk of getting electrocuted

Stay was good. Staff were very friendly, the hotel and room were very clean. However the beds and pillows made our sleep very uncomfortable. Beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are flat unfilled down pillows I would probably not return for this reason alone

The room was nice and clean. The heat worked well. I was extremely disappointed this morning when I went to take a shower before my meeting and there was literally no pressure. The water was trickling out of the shower head.
