Horrible stay

First , you have to pay 55 dollars a night for parking , second the front desk people all had attitudes, they told me if i didnt want to use their valet service to let them know not to charge you for all the days , i did this and i still got fully charged , when we checked in and we werent happy about the parking situation they said call hotels.com to cancel , we had two things pop up and left early and are now not willing to work with hotels about getting a refund for unused days because i didn’t tell but the first day they said i had to deal with hotels.com . I called when i saw the bill for all the days being charged for valet parking i called the guys gave me attitude. The valet guys are sleeping at their desk had to wake them up to get my car . There is a bunch of trash all around the outside of hotel ,homeless people all over . Waiting on a manager to call me back about the parking charges but instead of hearing back from anyone they sent me another receipt to tell me again they charged me for all the nights when i stopped using it .

We stayed there 4 nights. Breakfast very good Room was very nice. However our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced every day. The one day they were replaced we caught the cleaning lady in the hallway and she did give us new towels for that one day.

Do not recommend due to location

The hotel itself was nice, except the $55 per night parking fee, but the location? Nope! The address says Boston and the description says downtown but it is actually in Roxbury. Nothing in the area so you had to drive everywhere. And interstates were INSANE! Homeless encampments on every corner in this area.

The hotel was very noisy. No body lotion was provided. At check-in, we were told breakfast was available until 10:00, but on weekdays it actually ends at 9:30. Overall, the experience was quite average.

Nice hotel wrong location, average service

The hotel feels new. One very good lady on front desk others not tuned in. Location of the hotel looks run down with alot of homeless people around the hotel. Too far out from the city aswell. Breakfast very basic. Coffee ran out alot. Stayed at residence inn alot but would not stay here again

This property is located on the outskirts of the city in a very inconvenient location. We had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist who could not be bothered. We were locked out of our room for multiple hours, while neither the maintenance crew or head engineer could figure out how to get us in - all the while sitting around in the hallway without even being offered food/drink/water. In the 3 nights we were there, despite directly telling the housekeeping staff to clean our room, it was never cleaned even once. This hotel tries to cut corners by trimming payroll - clean less frequently, maybe they hire low quality employees to pay them less. But I would not recommend this hotel.
