Everything was great. Right on the Freedom Trail. Can walk over the bridge into Boston, full breakfast every morning, safe to run if a runner, subway is just over the bridge.

The front office staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful to me as I had been a victim of identity theft and had only the use of one card which kept getting declined but the staff worked with me and we made some phone calls to get it sorted out and I was finally able to check in. Those ladies that helped me are my angels. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you
