We were very pleased with our room, we loved having a kitchen and a door separating the kitchen living area from the bedroom/bathroom. It was clean and we had a beautiful view of the harbor. The valet parking was a bit steep $55/night but it was worth the convenience. Evening was very kind and helpful. The gentlemen who did valet we couldn't get a smile out of (we tried 😉) but he wasn't mean, just not very personable. Overall we highly recommend this place and would go back again.

Overnight Celtics Trip

My 2 kids and I enjoyed our stay. Front desk allowed us to check-in an hour and a half early. The whole hotel including our room was clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We stayed in a king bed suite and there was plenty of room including a kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher, sink, and brand new fridge. There was a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom, and the bed was comfortable.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite, over priced for what we got. Pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable, and didn’t have extra pillows/blankets which made it worse. Dishwasher beeped constantly, broken items in bathroom/vanity area. Good experiences with staff. Very busy when we visited, so longer waits for breakfast/elevators, but the breakfast staff kept up with the food. Biggest disappointment was the price we paid for the room we got, otherwise the property was ok. Don’t think I’d book again.

Super clean. Great location. Excellent breakfast. Strange room layout with TV in the middle of the room. Not soundproof rooms. Indoor pool small, smell too much like chlorine better to used at day, at night very full of guests. (winter time). No blanket available for sofabed, had to sleep with just one sheet (I asked and was told there were none available.)Extra pillow never came. TV not working but TV guy came at night when we were sleeping so we preferred no TV at all. Been staying with hotels.com booking and my perception is the hotels doesn't care for the people that uses hotels.com Had better treatment booking directly with the hotels. Housekeeping was awesome but other personnel were just alright.

Pretty good!

Stayed overnight for Celtics game. Hotel is easy to find, valet service is nice but I’d rather park myself and not pay. Check in and out was easy. Needed extra blankets, they were brought promptly. Beds were comfortable, pul out couch was good for kids, seemed pretty clean. It was quiet, no noise disturbances at all. Our room had a cool view of the bridge. Buffet style breakfast was good with lots of options.
