The suite is great, but I wish there were a less expensive option for just a room as it's only me staying for a night's sleep. Breakfast presents very nicely, but the quality of the food is not good. I'm sure many don't care as it's "free" but it's just low quality food.

We reached out over 3 weeks before a booking to either reschedule or cancel in order to better accommodate our customer. The woman who answered the phone sounded confused and annoyed that someone could ever want to do that and said we would have to go through our booking site. When we did go through our booking site, all they did was reach out to the hotel on our behalf. Then the hospital took nearly 2 full days to finally respond with the sentiment “No, we’ll be keeping your money whether you show up or not.” I will travel to the Boston area for about a week each year, and I will never consider this hotel again.
