When checking in, I was given no instructions like how to connect to wifi or that you need your key to go up. I wasn’t told about anything about their restaurant hours or fitness center hours. No where in the room is any of this information. The room itself was dirty. There is poor ventilation in the bathroom so you could physically see mold. There was inches of dust. I asked for wash clothes and she gave me a crumbled up one from the cart. I don’t even know if it was clean. The conditioner bottle did not work. I asked to have it refilled or fixed and it was not. It says check out on the TV, but you can not so we had to go the front desk and wait to check out. They couldn’t tell me my final bill. I was never once asked how my stay was or enjoy your time here. The one huge positive is the location. You can easily walk to different things!

Location was excellent! Had super long waits for the elevator due to housekeeping using the same elevators。 20 minutes at times. Also had issues with restocking of items such as coffee creamer sugar and stir sticks in the room. They had free coffee in the lobby however.

Loved the location and our room was fantastic! On check in staff could have been more helpful with parking directions and any hotel amenities. She just basically gave us our keys and we had to ask what the parking process was, etc. Do wish stairs were an option for those with fear of elevators. Stairs were locked going up but we could get down and out. Overall loved the hotel, just a few minor things.

Check in was slow. 1 person with 6 people on line. Paid for a city view and got a view of the parking garage. Area around the hotel was awesome. Lots of restaurants and close to everything. Overall the stay was great. Only complaint was the view wasn’t what was promised

Nice stay at The Revere! Great location - short walk to many restaurants. Their app was helpful to see what restaurants they recommended and how long it took to walk to each. Our room was clean and updated with a very comfortable bed. Bottled water was nice to have each day too!

The Revere was a great hotel for our family. The location was fantastic. The room was clean and available when we arrived early. The drinks at the Rebel’s Guild and the rooftop bar were great! We will definitely be back!
