Return to Revere

Room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location near restaurants and attractions. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I even received a birthday gift! The Rebels guild restaurant in the hotel had excellent breakfast menu and good service. This was my second stay and I will stay here again.

Poor just poor 3 star hotel at best

Amenities are not exactly eeasy to access. The so called free bike hire consists of three bikes that were not available unless you rush first thing in the morning. When calling room service no one answers calls and the roof top bar was closed off to guests for two of the 5 nights we stayed and also closes riduculously early. The reception staff have the same answer for everthing, which is "I dont know". To top off my mediocre aexperience, my daughters pyjamas went missing after her bed was made, no doubt taken to the laundry and lost. There was no hurry or effort into finding them until I kicked up a fuss at reception when finally the manager was called. Initially was offerered credit to spend more money with them, which I declined. Was given 200 dollars compensation for the poor experience which to me was an afmission that their service was below par. Please train your staff and make an effort for your clients!
