The hotel was awesome unfortunately they had an elevator down while we were there. We were on the 9th floor so we needed to use the elevator. Room was great and view was even better! Food at the restaurant was also very good. Very enjoyable stay!

First night there was a screaming baby in the room next to us. We requested another room for the reminder of the stay and the staff was very accommodating and upgraded us to a quiet room. The hotel is great. Everyone is friendly and there are lots of amenities

There was some kind of youth convention going on during my stay and the hotel was swarming with pre-teens. Lol. The free internet didn't work. Everything else was OK.

바로 앞에 쇼핑몰 있고 그 안에 적당한 푸드코트와 식당, 상점들이 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔 뒷문으로 나가면 산책하기 좋은 강변 산책로도 나오고요. 대중교통 접근이 아주 편한 것은 아니지만 걸어서 10분 정도면 트램 역이 나오니 괜찮습니다. 트램 타고 바로 헤이마켓이든 뉴버리든 금방 가요.

Lovely hotel- good service, complimentary hot cider and warm donuts in the lobby. I was supposed to be offered VIP access but was not. Would have been nice to have this benefit offered- it likely would have resulted in me not paying a nightly pet fee or having to pay for breakfast. Too bad.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff
We’ve stayed here several times before and it’s lovely. The one issue we had was being put in a handicapped accessible room, which meant there was no tub. The issue was the lack of a lip in the shower. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. We have 2 boys, 10 and 13. They get water everywhere. It required towels all over the floor in the bathroom. But other than that, the stay was lovely.
