Enjoyed the stay and great location for walking to the popular Salem tourist destinations. On a rainy day opted to stay in for dinner at the on-site restaurant which exceeded our expectations.

Weekend trip to Salem

Every staff person we encountered was super nice and helpful. Including the people I spoke with on the phone prior to the trip. The location was excellent, we just parked when we got there and walked everywhere. The pool was fun and they allowed our local friends to join us for a swim. Really my only complaint was that the room heater was broken and it was very hot (and loud) in our room overnight. Would definitely stay here again when exploring Salem.

This hotel was amazing. The property was very clean, nice aromatherapy in the building. The staff was very helpful with everything! In every area of the hotel the staff was knowledgeable and very kind. Restaurant was very good and the drinks were better. The area is very walkable. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying here anytime I am in the area.

We had a race just down the street so this hotel was quite convenient for walking to and from the start/finish. Many restaurants in walking distance. We ended up eating at LongBoards which is along side the hotel. Speedy check in and check out. They also had a small restaurant in the base of the hotel that we stopped by for drinks at night and coffee in the morning.

The hotel was wonderful. Coffee needs to offer in the lobby with the ice water at least in the morning..that is the only suggestion..it is center of all the great sites. Wonderful staff so helpful and friendly. A great bar and restaurant.. Thank you

The hotel is beautiful. The room decor is all nautical theme and it's great. We had room service, and the food was wonderful. My only issue, I asked for butter twice for my breakfast and never received any. But this hotel is close to everything and super comfortable.

I was there with a large group for a wedding. Some of my friends had a sofa, others had a refrigerator, some had a desk, others had lots of seating. I had none of that. The only seating I had was one hard chair. Since we all paid approximately the same, I felt cheated. My room was really bad. I would not recommend this hotel.
