The room was very small. We had only one person at a time could pass by and we booked a room for four people. The pillowcases had stains on them. The sheet had a black stain on it. The chairs were dirty and there was even something moldy under it when we moved the chair over. The lights didn’t even work by the beds and the phone charger on the nightstand didn’t work. Staff was nice. The room was disgusting especially for the price.

Very friendly staff, great room, beds are superior, bath amenities are good quality. I felt coffee station was not good at all. Two coffee samples a day, one envelope with only sugar. For the price we paid in high season, there should have been a much bigger selection.

Beautiful location right by the water! We had a room with an amazing view of the port. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Mimoza and Alexander were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They made the experience even better.

It's a lovely hotel but, we were told we'd get a $35 dollar food credit daily which when I looked at our final bill we never received. Also, due to medical issues we had to cut short our stay by one night and found out that Expedia does not allow for early check out but had we booked directly with hotel,we could have chcked out (paying a minimal fee).

Lovely hotel in a very convenient area. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbour. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We ate dinner at Tamo and enjoyed our meal.
