After driving for hours from Pennsylvania to Boston to visit our daughter in college, we arrived at the hotel around 10:00PM to check in. We were told that they were OVERBOOKED and that our room, which was reserved and prepaid by the way, was not available. They had provided us with another room, not in the area but in another state-Rhode Island! We then had to drive another hour to get to our hotel. Unacceptable.

The service was horrible, especially the woman called Cecilia. We had to call twice to be given a towell, the body wash and shampoo was never replenish. They tried to argue with us about the noice we heard.

Short drive to Boston, which is very convenient Their burgers are pretty good! Especially that lava cake. The shower definitely needed better water pressure though.
