Place was lovely except we had an outlet that didn’t work and our iron didn’t work. We called for a new iron and it took over an hour for a new one. They did have a lint roller for me at the front desk though

Very average due to services

Hotel is nice. Restaurant has great food, service there is good. Gym is nice, somewhat limited, but more than adequate for a hotel gym. The service (cleaning/restocking in rooms) is horrendous. They do not clean well, they do not provide coffee or cups (even when you ask!). This is what drove the ratings for this review. You need to do better Sheraton!

Friendly, clean - DO NOT RECOMMEND RESTAURANT

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I would NOT RECOMMEND the restaurant- it was a terrible experience. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The drinks came relatively quickly, but we waited well over an hour for our food! The server was pleasant, and apologized but then included a 18% gratuity because of our party size, but never offered anything for the inconvenience and long wait.
