I stayed here for 2 nights and paid decently for this. The second night I barely got any sleep because there was a wedding party in the room next to me. They were literally yelling, partying, and playing loud music for hours in the middle of the night. I had to report the noise on 3 different occasions. I had 4 children trying to sleep and they were woken up multiple times. They offered to move my room but I was by myself with 4 small children and a ton of luggage. It wasn’t really feasible. The room next to me should have been dealt with differently. Allowing such a disturbance to go on for so long without actual consequences when people paid good money for these rooms is unacceptable.

I enjoyed staying with Springhill Suites. Although it didn’t feel like Marriott standards, the staff was exceptional and it was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had. When we walked into our room, a spot in the carpet, directly in front of the fridge was very wet. Our feet was getting soak, you can hear squishy sounds. In the beginning, I thought it was us but the next morning, the soaked spot grew in size. We asked for a change of room, and they immediately moved us. The pool needs a little more TLC in my opinion. The water is slightly green and cold, the ambiance quite depressing. Hotel also is far from convenience stores with the closest one charging a premium for products. This however is offset by very close distance to a train station and free pickup and dropoff to the airport. I did go with an expectation of a 3-star hotel as stated but I think overall was a decent experience.

The Area, the installations, the room.. all that was very good, but the staff? I can make a list of issues that happened during my stay, they should SMILE first of all. Not one person smiled when I interact with them, maybe they are not happy employees, something is going on behind curtains?? Also the attitude that some of them have is unnecessary, per example, the lady in charge of the buffet, was rude when someone asked for something few minutes before 9 am, she went in front of me to take what it was left when i was about to get a muffin and started cleaning the counter while guests were still grabbing food... i understand that is her job, but why the attitude??..

The room was great. The only thing I did not like was that there was no shelf in the shower for shampoo/etc. Had to put it on the floor of the shower. Easy for me, but for an older person, having a shelf in the shower would have been more convenient. Otherwise, loved everything about the room. I did not have breakfast, but I did here it was not great.

Overall the property was great. Room was clean. Check in and out was easy. Even though I had to pay to park I thought it was pretty cheap. I don’t know if we had any neighbors to our room but I never even heard anyone in the hall. So the room seemed sound proof. One downside to this place was breakfast. Not sure how everything was because I barely got to have a bagel with what looked like a round patty of egg. Breakfast is way too short. It’s over at 9 and I was there at 8:40. A barely got a waffle out of the iron and the girl came and closed it down. There were so many people coming for breakfast and they were cleaning it up. I spoke with another guest and he said he was there the day before and they started cleaning up at 8:25. I’ve been in hotels that will go make more food just before breakfast is over because there were guests wanting it. Would love to know their reason for this. Good thing there was a farmers market happening across the street

My stay at this hotel was not convenient at all. The entrance and garage access were unclear and confusing. The check-in process was unpleasant, and the staff were rude. At breakfast, the milk pot was dirty, which was very disappointing. Overall, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Boston trip

The room was nice. We decided to stay here instead of downtown and it worked out perfect. You can catch the subway right behind the hotel to get downtown. It was awesome that they offer airport shuttle. Great restaurant attached to the hotel with view. They have specials if you sit at the bar.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The location is unbeatable and the view was incredible, especially at sunrise.

Hotel was just okay, was definitely clean but a lot of things were broken or just didn’t work in our room. The bathroom door lock didn’t work at all nor did the door shut completely. Luckily none of us staying in the room were shy with each other. The shower door also didn't stay closed which ended with a flood all over the floor. We tried a bunch of stuff and just couldn’t get it to stay shut, we settled for laying towels out on the ground. Some drawers were completely missing doors and just wide open. We had no privacy tag for the door or any extra toilet paper besides the few sheets left on the roll we walked in to, front desk provided both upon request. The best part was probably the location, having the T behind the hotel and the beach right in front was awesome. I definitely recommend parking at wonderland station instead of under the hotel, was half priced. Overall it was clean, the bed was nice and was a decent place to rest at night. The flaws definitely didn’t ruin our trip but I don’t think we’d stay again.

The elevator was a bit annoying. Almost missed my ride to the airport because the elevator decided to go up to the 6th floor and back down when I pressed LL. Also, the first room I got wasn't what I had booked. Front desk got it squared away thankfully. Coffee maker in the room didnt work. Minor inconveniences, otherwise good hotel. Views of the beach from the lobby are spectacular.
