The Area, the installations, the room.. all that was very good, but the staff? I can make a list of issues that happened during my stay, they should SMILE first of all. Not one person smiled when I interact with them, maybe they are not happy employees, something is going on behind curtains?? Also the attitude that some of them have is unnecessary, per example, the lady in charge of the buffet, was rude when someone asked for something few minutes before 9 am, she went in front of me to take what it was left when i was about to get a muffin and started cleaning the counter while guests were still grabbing food... i understand that is her job, but why the attitude??..
