The hotel was smaller than expected. Upon arrival there were literally no bathroom amenities - no soaps in the bathroom no lotion no wash clothes for that matter. We have stayed at many Marriot beaded hotels and this was the worst.

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel sits in a convenient area just north of Boston. It's easy to get back and forth to the city from this hotel. The breakfast was always good. I just would have liked them to have more fruit options.

Springhill Suites

The hotel can be hard to get to if you’re not paying attention, but maps did ok making sure we got there. The first night I couldn’t get hot water to work. We called down to the front desk but were placed on hold so long we gave up. The next day the hot water worked and we didn’t have anymore issues with it. There was a w shaped stain in our tub as well. Breakfast was more than good. They were slow to restock items when it ran out though.

Room was okay although full bedding wasn’t provided for the sofa bed. The people who checked in before us were treated like gold, but because I wasn’t a member (although a travelling companion was), we didn’t get the complimentary water, or wifi. We did figure out how to get the wifi after about 20 minutes, but we had the option to pay $5 for quality wifi which would have been free if I was a member. The breakfast was good. The staff were mixed. The lady that checked us in was nice, as was the dining staff, but person that my travel companion asked for help was unhelpful.

Dog friendly. The kitchenette with well functioning Microwave and fridge were great as i make our dog's food. The room was very spacious for a large dog and 3 people. The bathroom was dated, but it looked clean. It's nice to have the vanity separately outside the bathroom. Other features are standard. The breakfast was common menus and sufficient. The staff were friendly and attentive. The major disappointment was the pool. It was cold. We've been to many hotels with indoor pools. This was the only one that was too cold for my daughter to go in. Another customer was telling a staff that it's too cold.
