When we entered the room, there was toothpaste splatter on the mirror from previous guest. The shower was dirty. There was hair in the bed not just a strand it was several strands of hair in the bed. Stains on the sheets did not seem clean. the breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs didn’t taste like real eggs. The sausage was slimy and warm undercooked the lemonade tasted like water. My daughter grabbed a chocolate milk and it was expired. I didn’t like that they charge $50 on my credit card before we even needed to my son came down and grabbed some water from the convenience Store. She asked for the room number and that’s all. So now anyone could go down take some things from the convenience store and give any room number than they wanted to, and they would never chec. the staff behind a desk were very polite and friendly.

Three strikes and you're OUT

Upon checking in I was informed that neither the Pool or the Whirlpool would be open for use due to construction. Being that this location was selected based on having both, I was very disappointed. Next was waking up in the morning to NO HOT WATER. I was informed that the boiler broke overnight, and it should be fixed "soon". After a long day of travel the prior day and a long day planned for that day, a hot shower was exactly what I needed and had thought would be included with my two night stay. The final straw was receiving a bill for parking which at no time was I notified that I would be charged to park my vehicle in an open lot. I will be following up with corporate and do not plan to ever book at this location again.

The room was dirty, the carpet had stains all over, the curtains had glitter globes glue stuck on them, there were crumbs on the couch, the bathroom had a big stain in the shower. There was no hot water day one, the pool was closed for maintenance, and the continental breakfast was terrible.

NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS - POOL WAS CLOSED - BUFFET was awful ! Food was so awful - dirty Buffet station - toasters were broken -No butter or tea even though they had hot water - This place is either closing or needs new management - Front Desk could not do anything to compensate the amount that I paid because I went thru Expedia -WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN - There were alot of unsatisfied folks that stayed there because we had to take COLD showers - Poorly Run Establishment -

When we got there they didn’t mention there was no hot water. Then we went out for the day and when we got back for the night they said it would be fixed in a couple of hours but it wasn’t. The next morning we still couldn’t shower and they said it would be ready mid day. We couldn’t go out for the day so we missed half the day of our trip. Very disappointing!
