I loved my stay here. The place is beautiful. There is a park across the street with a walking/running/biking track. I was able to walk to places for food and shopping. And the bus was also easily accessible. My room was huge and clean and well decorated. I loved staying here.

Heat in room was nonexistent. Staff gave me a spaceheater. Not acceptable for a room that cost $350 a night. Room also had no microwave or coffee service. They brought that in after I complained. Breakfast service and choices were very poor. Staff at front desk was very kind.

The hotel was ok, not great. The building looked quirky and welcoming, and had a generally good vibe. It was clear this was not originally a hotel, maybe a medical center or assisted living facility of some kind. The rooms did not have closets, and most of the rooms in my section appeared to have accommodations for disabled folks and wheelchairs. The staff was excellent, polite and helpful, it's in a safe and clean part of town with many amenities nearby. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my stay. 1. The room thermostat did not allow for heating, only cooling. At the end of September, it is warm during the day, and tends to get pretty cold at night. not only was I not able to heat the room higher than about 65 degrees, there were no extra blankets or bedding available. 2. The hot water in the bathroom took several minutes to get hot. At some points, I went to wash my hands and there seemed to be no hot water at all after 4 or 5 minutes of waiting. 3. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and the music being played over the lobby PA was clearly audible from my room. While this did not continue at night, it gave me concerns about my own privacy, as well as the fact that the staff seemed not to realize that music/noise from the lobby could be heard in the guest rooms. I would most likely stay here again due to the convenient location and price, but my first visit to this hotel has lowered future expectations considerably.

Surprised this hotel was rated so high when it just felt like an old motel 6 - the kind that was painted over so many times, you could see the layers. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were…interesting. Hallways felt like a college dorm, closed in and outdated. Convenient parking and location.

very nice artsy hotel across from a park and the riverwalk. There is dining and a grocery store within walking distance. Staff is great. Would like to see a little more hot food for breakfast in the morning.

Cute, artsy hotel. Love that they highlight local artists. Breakfast was ok, not great. Hotel has great potential (or maybe once did) with the bar/restaurant/patio areas. Bathrooms are clean but not the nicest. Room was nice and clean. Lovely riverside park across the street.
