So bad that we didn't stay there. Our room was down some dark stairs, no elevator, and at 81, I'm too old for that.
Other tenants arrived with garbage bags full.
Ad very misleading and if I don't get a refund, court action necessary.
Booked last minute, check in process was easy - this is a self check in hotel. Room was clean. Perfect little spot.

Overall satisfied with my stay, the room had everything it said it would. Shower was clearly not cleaned before my visit, there was hair all over the tub and shower curtain. The sheets also had hairs in them. All of the air vents were caked in dust/dirt. Place is in decent condition but needs a deep clean. Neighbors were incredibly noisy all night and the following morning.
The experience was good overall. Do not like the self-checking though.

No on site people, never experienced that. Room was in a basement. Was close to my destination and tried. Wanted to stay an extra night for the convenience and the price was more than double. I think people actually live there and a few rooms are rented out. Very uncomfortable with the people hanging out in the parking lot
Excellent communication with off site management. The room was clean and newly renovated. Loved that we received a couple dishes and utensils to use in the kitchen area to make breakfast or lunch.
Room was modern and clean, spacious and well appointed. Having to take narrow stairs down with luggage wasn’t great but that was really only negative.

This is an "unmanned" hotel meaning no one is onsite. This was extremely inconvenient in our situation. We arrived in Boston at 7AM in the morning with all of our luggage. I received a message/email from the hotel that they want my ID so they can send us the door code to check in, and then I'm told check-in isn't until 4pm! I called the help line and spoke to a few representatives and let them that we have all of our luggage and need to drop our bags off so we can continue our day. They told us they would let me know when the room is ready. I called multiple times and was offered no help. We ended up lugging around our baggage all day in Salem as we had no where else to put it. We finally Uber down to a restaurant that was across the street from the hotel at noon as we couldn't keep lugging our bags everywhere. I again called to see if we can drop our bags off but being there was no one onsite we couldn't even drop off our bags. I was told the "Cleaning crew" would let them know when the room was ready. I sat outside the hotel for 3 hours and didn't see one person arrive or leave in that time. I then get a text that our room is ready 20 minutes before 4PM. The staff could care less, no accommodations, No assistance to us. We finally get in the room and notice stains on the sheets (kind of looked like blood) and smelled musty. We went to take a shower and had BROWN WATER coming out of the faucet. We ended up showering elsewhere the duration of our stay. BE AWARE.
