The customer service was outstanding however the room was dirty and then they placed us in another room and it did not have cold water so eventually they had to upgrade our stay to the Irish hotel right up the street. We were very thankful that we had an upgrade to be able to stay, but the hotel original hotel needs a lot of work

Room was 80 degrees, notified front desk, they told me it’s an old building, open the window. I explained no screen. She moved us. Next room, still same hot room, but we did have a screen. This rooms toilet leaked at the base. Next morning we asked for another different room or money refunded. Next room was ok except food left in refrigerator from previous guests. It makes you wonder if they cleaned it. I hope everyone else’s visit goes better!

Convenient and adequate
Room was cute and cozy. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Room horribly hot when arrived and somewhat uncomfortable. Shower not too good. Very nice to have breakfast included. Wish there had been gluten/free options; unfortunately was unable to eat anything. Location very convenient to the T. Also a Whole Foods in the area. Overall a nice enough place.

It was an older property. We had two queen beds and one of the bed frames was bad making it feel like you were falling out of the bed. The blower for the HVAC unit was very noisy. The staff was very nice. The area is quiet and you feel very safe there.

This is a great place to stay as it’s close to downtown without getting caught up in traffic. The room was as described and the staff were great. It was a short walk to public transportation as well.

Do NOT stay here. There was no heat or hot water in my room and it was 30 degrees overnight the day I stayed. The locks on the door are inadequate. I also had a steep parking fee sprung on me at check in! Avoid this place at all costs!

The hotel were ok, but not much more than that. There were a strange smell of bitter almond in the room. And you cools hear the neighbour alovera at 3 am… The best was the closness to the tram/subway.

The layout was good; bathroom spacious.; continental breakfast and beverages was great! Stayed there before and after our cruise. However, the room was 80 degrees!!! and we couldn't adjust the temp. Uncomfortable therefore.

We could hear every step the people above us made. The remote didn’t work for the TV and when I took it to the front desk they just changed the batteries out but that wasn’t the problem. The hair dryer was attached to the wall and you had to hold down a button on it to keep it on and the chord was so short you had a hard time using it.

This is an older hotel in a residential area. The rooms are old, but were clean. The beds were amazing. They had a fantastic free breakfast. The negative is they charge $25 for on site parking right at your room door.....we didn't think this was cool! But overall an ok place.
