This is a comfortable hotel in the middle of historic Boston. It is convenient and the staff is helpful. Breakfast at its adjoining restaurant was disappointing. There are some nice eateries nearby and a wonderful produce market around the corner.

Great location. Very nice staff. The hotel needs updates badly. There was a hole in the wall in our room. The toilet needed two times to flush and there was mold in the shower. The bed was comfortable.

Convenient Location to many things
This hotel is in walking distance to a lot of things you would want to see. Hotel is clean, bed was very comfortable, and room and bathroom was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

They offer an upgrade but only for a night and not during the whole stay, which I thought it was extremely dissapointing. Despite being cold, the A/c wasn’t working and it was needed to avoid outside cold, as I was traveling with kids. Location and the staff are the best thing about the hotel.

During my stay, I had no hot water. An engineer came to fix it and said it was repaired, but the water stayed cold. I was offered a small discount for the inconvenience. On top of that, the balcony door was broken, so it wouldn’t lock. Because of that, it would randomly open at night when the temperature dropped to 35 degrees. While the location was great, the multiple issues and the staff’s lack of concern really made the trip less enjoyable.
