La unica ventaja es que esta bien situado para citas en el Mass General, pero no tienen restaurante, unicamente para el desayuno. Ademas hice early check out, y me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar las dos noches adicionales, y no fue así. Si me lo hubieran dejado saber desde el inicio no estaría poniendo este review! Así que no lo recomiendo.

There was a breakfast? Was not aware there was one. Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. One ice machine for the entire hotel? Incredibly small room, especially for the price.

The property is in good condition & it’s a safe area, but overall cleanliness lacks. At first glance it’s fine, but when you look in corners, behind toilet, shower floor, some furniture surfaces, window ledges, etc. it’s just not clean. Our door lock battery failed and it was eventually resolved by maintenance; however, the communication from front desk staff was nil and we had a flight to catch. She said very little to us and we had no idea if they were going to resolve the situation. The one thing she did say was that it was our fault by putting our hotel keys by our phones. Turns out the lock battery was dead and there was no apology and no communication on if/when it would be resolved. I won’t say don't stay here as it wasn’t awful, but they claim to be 4-star and I didn’t find cleanliness and service to be 4-star. Great location and walkable to North End/Little Italy & other areas like Boston Public Market, Quincy Market & The Garden if you want to go to a game. Dining is convenient and lots to choose from within walking distance.

Good property in a great location. Small lobby, small (single) elevator, small gym, and our room was quite small. Nevertheless, we were quite comfortable. Staff is friendly, public areas are well cared for, the small gym has what you need to do a workout and it’s no trouble to wait a few minutes for the elevator. Room has all the basics covered just fine, though our carpet could use an update. Most of all it’s a really great location with plenty of activities within easy reach on foot or via public transport. The direct area does get quite busy on nights when there’s a game at TD Garden.

The price was very affordable, the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations on where to eat and catch tours. It was located with a 10 minute walk to wonderful North end restaurants. The breakfast was great and the waitress was efficient so we could move on with our day. The parking was at a structure that was self parking and a 5 minute walk down the street. We arrived late in the evening and it would have been nice to have a valet service for parking. Overall we had a fantastic time.

The location is the biggest selling point, close to both North Station & Haymarket T stops. The hotel itself is nice. The room was a bit small for the large bed but the space was ample enough and room tidied every day. Staff were friendly.
