Positives: friendly, helpful staff; good location; some nice touches in the room, e.g. bathrobes, umbrella, full(?)-sized ironing board; very hot water available (caveat: apparently there was NO hot water the week before); heat functioned well; comfortable bed; easy-to-use key card
Negatives: no microwave or chest of drawers; flaky Internet; single elevator inadequate for guests plus staff; understaffed restaurant; no computer available to guests
Cute boutique style hotel near Boston Garden. Loved the style. Small and friendly check in area.
Only a couple spots out front to pull up and unload. Panting is offsite a very short ways away.
Room was cute. Perfect for our travels! Adding to our list of places to stay in Boston!
I like it cause it was. Lose to the TD Garden. Service checking in and out was good/easy. Not worth the final price after taxes and misc fees were added. Price shown on the internet is over a hundred dollars lower than actual cost

The staff were wonderful! The room we had was so small. It had a run down feel to it and there was a stain on our comforter. We also discovered almonds on the rug and we hadn’t eaten almonds😬.For the price we paid we expected a nicer room.
Parking just needs to be stated more forward because we paid for parking in the garage so they cancelled out the unlimited parking with them 😕

I stayed at the hotel for two nights for St.Patrick’s weekend. After all day of outing, I wanted nothing more than a nice hot shower. I received a letter behind my door that states that hot water was not working. The water was ice cold. I had to wipe myself with wet cloth because I couldn’t tolerate the cold water. The next day I had high hope that the hot water would be fixed, but this was proven to be wrong again. I felt so uncomfortable and dirty. I tried to shower again but the water was freezing cold, and it was simply too painful to do so. The hotel never check on me or my friends who stayed in a different room once. They also never notified us when the water worked again. They did not offer accommodation or compensation for our inconvenience, and I don’t think this is professional at all. Most likely will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone I know.

I didn't like that there wasn't any hot water or prior notification to check in advising me so I could make other choices.
No hot water for our entire stay. Between the hotel and Expedia lost our first night reservation. We got stuck talking to a guy in India who was of no help. Stay in Cambridge and take the train into town much better and
