We were there 4 hours before check-in and the got us a room on the top floor. The staff was amazing. Location was excellent. Clean comfortable room. We could not have made a better choice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel

We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. Easy check-in, and if you do it online with their email the day before it’s really easier when you get there. Easy walk to Fenway Park and the Prudential Center is literally across the street. Parking was great as well and could be added to the room or handled separately. Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed in the Colonade on numerous occasions. I found check in to be efficient but not friendly. The room was a good size but the shower was impossible to control. The coffee maker did not work and there was a stain on the carpet. We did not complain as we were only staying 1 night . A stop over after a long vacation. These items should be checked before the room is assigned.

Fantastic hotel, location was ideal. Premier Luxe Double Double room was modern, spacious & clean. Rooftop bar & pool area was a real bonus and the staff were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Elevators are extremely slow and only one out of three works during checkout time in the morning. And you can only use the stairs up to 5th floor and can't come down all the way to the lobby.

This hotel doesnt have enough baby cots (pack and play) but they accept infant bookings with a premium over 2 person stay. We stayed here for two nights and we did not get any baby cots and the staff was not apologetic either.
