Great Stay

Staff was excellent during our stay. Room was very clean with plenty of towels. The tissues in our bathroom were oddly wet, but we just didn’t use them. There was 4 of us and we could have used more outlets, but that was fine. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, still comfortable. Location is great, right in front of the T and the Pru/Hynes. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Colonnade. Our sixth stay at the hotel, great for a Sox game or Fenway concert, easy to walk. The staff is top notch, just excellent interactions with anyone we came into contact with. I'll absolutely be coming back in the future. 5 stars across the board, only con is the pool isn't heated.

The hotel location is superior, right cross prudential center. Many attractions are just around the corners. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The extra bonus is complimentary refreshments ,water and fruits. We are very happy to stay . Definitely will back to stay again if visiting Boston .

Hotel is very convenient to public transportation. Cleaning staff did a good job with making up the room each day. Carpet needs to be replaced in room 843. Sometimes I feel like we get the rooms closest to the ice machine or where the cleaning crew keeps their supplies because we book through expedia. Can be pretty noisy. No VIP upgrades received at this hotel.

Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the staff who attended us on the night of 18 May 25. Sorry , didn’t get his name. Snack bar is great. Cafe opposite provides good source of food at 5am
