Not sure how this place is so highly rated. It’s clean but other than that, it’s doesn’t have much to offer. The restaurant is almost never open and the menu is super limited uninteresting. The cleaning lady was very nice and there was a guy named Adam at the front desk that was on top of things, rest the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Room service was horrible! Coffee was cold when arrived 40 minutes after ordering it. We ordered a poppyseed bagel and received a cold plain one. The area was not quaint like other areas of Boston. The hotel clerk was annoyed and short. They didn’t know the subway exit ( which is literally right in front of the hotel) not the best
