The prices, off street parking however the entrance , inside carpet and floor is so dirty I have to wonder if inspectors don’t visit this property for person spending their money supporting this business place I believe we need to get satisfaction. It’s a nice location but need some major repairs on the inside . The management need to show some gratitude to persons booking and make some well needed repairs to this property .

They finally “cleaned” the kitchen floor, after one previous attempt. I was told by the day guy that, “we’re not known for our cleanliness.”

I only spent one night and it snowed so was not able to tell what the property was liked, it was affordabl could be cleaner , bathroom was dirty , the window was broken couldnt closed, the bed was shaking and the mattress was sink in the middle property need to be upgraded, to me it was like a room in , one of the lock on my room door was broken ,the price was ok but the property could be better, property need an up grade , but i was grateful for a place to stay for tge night.

dirty, loud, but great value.
The absolute dirtiest place ive ever stayed. me and my friend kept laughing about just how poor a state everything was in. cigarette holes in our bed. dust bunnies everywhere. just overall super dirty. BUT! this was the cheapest place by far, we read the reviews before hand and we knew what we were getting in to. i think as long as you know what youre getting yourself in to and just looking for an ultra cheap place with great location than go for it. we were lucky enough to get a room with its own bathroom. also this place is old with older wooden floors so you can really hear people come in and out of building.

I stayed in room 114 for a very long time the staff is the best the place is quaint not too much noise the neighborhood is dope I say the best bang for your buck in the city no bed bugs I barely even seen a fly love this place.

I have traveled my whole life stayed in so many different kinds of accommodations and I can absolutely say this was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom was tiny and disgustingly dirty. There was a shared room with other persons that were loud and noisy.The linens looked used and frayed.

The first room they gave me has hair on the bed and in the bathroom. After changing room, I still found hair in the bathroom. The bathroom floors were broke with pieces of tiles crumbling. Ran out of toilet paper so had to call the front desk. And the room was cold. The building doors were mostly open to cold air came in my room and the heat didn’t seem to be turned or do anything. Not returning to this place.

The front desk is friendly and helpful. I like the location and parking. The place needs renovation. Our room door cannot close well, when we used the lock, we couldn’t open the door. We ended up calling the management for help.

The floor was moving when I walked into the room. And the building of the Farrington Inn where I stayed was different from the map. But overall, it was good.
