It was an amazing hotel. Beautiful decor. Great location. It is a little pricey, but compared to the other hotels in that area downtown Boston it was right in line with them.

I brought my 2 children - excited for proximity to walk to everything. Lobby overcrowded constantly. Sunday night - absolutely terrible on the 5th floor. Was awoken to full on club base music, screaming, cop cars. I guess there is a club on sunday nights under the hotel? Did not sleep from 1-4 am - would not recommend for a stay.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable, especially for people who like soft beds and soft pillows. They had a basket of snacks available at no charge, a very nice touch.

Small and personal spaces. Friendly front desk staff. Lovely dining options. In-room service can be greatly improved. There were complimentary snacks in the room on a tray, but two of them had been opened (which suggests that they are not checked or refreshed). And when someone came up to replace them they simply brought a plastic bag of snacks and left on the desk, without replacing the prior snacks including the opened ones.

The whole experience was wonderful and easy… The staff went out of their way to help us with every little thing we needed from parking to food to extra towels, etc…and each one was more friendly and helpful than the last - Amazing! Highly recommended- one of our best hotel experiences.

Great service from the staff who did our valet parking, great service from front-desk staff. Affordable for the quality of stay and great location near Commons and T station. The bed and pillows were SO comfy and we slept great. So nice that snacks in the room were included :)

Absolutely excellent stay. The service was like the ritz but the prices were not. The decor and interior design were among the best I’ve seen. I will be staying there again when I go back to Boston to visit friends. I highly recommend this hotel.
