Front desk staff are excellent particular to day shift Sam and night shift David. They are patient and friendly. My original room was noisy coz of the ventilation. They moved me up to a quiet room. The only concern is too cold in the room set at 68F centrally controlled. Nothing you could do.

Very poor stay experience. The room window faced the lobby, and the soundproofing was extremely bad. It was noisy until 3 a.m., making it impossible to rest. I had no choice but to change rooms, and the front desk reassigned me to another room that was very far away, which was inconvenient. Parking was also very difficult to find and not free, costing $30 per day. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not choose this hotel again.
