This hotel was perfect for us! We really liked our room it had a view and was very clean. Hotel is right in front of the train stop very convenient for us and stores and restaurants were a short distance away that we could walk. Had no problems with room. Would stay again

We checked in and the shower was clogged. I reported and they came to work on it and shut the water off to our room. I asked how long the water would be out- he said probably weeks. So I asked for a new room. Front desk person was rude. Never apologized. Said they did not have another room and we would have to go to a different hotel. He did find us a room at a sister property but in a MUCH MUCH MUCH smaller, cramped, cheaper room. I asked for some sort of compensation and got nothing. New hotel did not have breakfast- extra expense. New hotel was not walkable to all of the reservations we hade made (extra expense to uber to our reservations). No one apologized. No one offered anything, and I did ask. Customer service was horrific. I do like the location of this hotel but they did not treat us as paying customers. And the price was inflated bc of the weekend we were there so we paid A LOT for a hotel that we were not able to stay in. Beyond frustrating.

The staff at the Arcadian are very friendly, helpful and dedicated to making a stay comfortable and enjoyable. The building itself is clean and functional with so much space. The room and bathroom are clean with super comfortable beds. The only thing that we found missing that would have been useful was a safe. The breakfast was very good with generous variety and size. Tea and coffee available throughout the day and night. For example there are delicious fresh pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, cheese & ham, porridge in instant packets. Conserves, butters and juices. This is served from 7am until gone 9am. The area is safe and we were a party of 2 ladies travelling together on their first USA trip without male partners. Locals are friendly and offer help on transport and in shops etc. The T line is easy to use. We opened Chase bank accounts and used the card to obtain travel on the small square card readers on entering the tram/subway station. You'll use the Cleveland Green Line to reach Government Centre for easy access to Boston city centre and waterside. Easy! The hotel becomes a welcomed sight after a day of exploring and on your last day, checkout can be up until 11am. Just ask at the desk. The staff will safely hold your luggage for you all day. We used Lyft taxis from the hotel for the airport and rides out and about. Download the app! Overall the hotel and staff made our holiday enjoable. Loved it.

Safe, quiet and clean area. Hotel was cute, had 3 in a room with 2 double beds and we were very comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly. Transit station right across the street made getting into the city easy. Only complaint would be the parking situation. Since they don’t own the garage, you do have to pay $49 a day

We had no air in our room and they refused to move us until they cld fix. It was never fixed. Coffee pot didn’t work. The breakfast food was old and stale. The two girls at front desk extremely rude each time. They didn’t clean your room during entire stay or bring toilet paper, Kleenex or soap entire stay. Only two towels and no clean ones

This hotel filters a scent throughout the hotel to mask moldy air coming out of the HVAC system. All staff were complete unhelpful and completely absent of customer service skills. Stay very far away from this hotel. There's a Marriott a few blocks away that is clean with friendly staff.

Perfect location for college tours. Best price compared to other hotels in the area. Friendly staff, every interaction warm and professional. Clean. Beautiful lobby with comfortable furniture. Good continental breakfast with plentiful coffee and well-chosen items like Chobani yogurt and almond milk. Convenient water station with hot, cold, sparkling, and ambient choices. We chose a room with a separate bedroom and foldout couch in living space. Sleeper sofa wasn't great, as expected, but comfortable enough for smaller sized adults (5'3" and under). Bed was very comfy apparently. Better lighting in the living room would be nice. Counter with sink, keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge was useful. First time at a Sonders hotel. If others are like this one in Brookline, we'll stay again. Hotel concept makes good sense. It's not the Ritz Carlton and it's not Motel 6. Our two room layout reminded us of Embassy Suites. But the hotel is more fun and stylish. Fantastic location.

Good but not amazing
The Good: excellent location right on the T green line with nice walkable and safe area with good food options. The hotel is nicely appointed and modern. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Does include continental breakfast although pretty limited and no real hot options. The nightly price was better than city hotels (there was some sort of race going on and prices were insane that weekend). The bad: parking onsite is very expensive BUT there is ample street parking (metered) and close cheap lot on center St. We had a specific issue was not resolved. The heater was on to 75deg and we could not bring the temp down to a more comfortable temp. We spoke to front desk the 2nd night and maintenance did go and changed the filter but this did not fix the issue. The next day I went again to front desk and they said they would have someone come again. We went out the whole day and came back to the same problem despite maintenance did “something”. I requested a room change but this was not possible and was offered fans and a discount. I did not sleep 2 of the 3 nights due to the room being so hot. It was 60s outside and I would have been happy to open a window and be done but they are sealed. The staff was nice about the issue but I would have preferred the issue be fixed or have been moved so we could sleep instead of the discount.
