Spent over $70 for parking and fees they didn’t even have eggs I picked the hotel for the breakfast there were so many around to choose from advertising a full American buffet very disappointed also room service walked into our room after knocking we thought it was tv she walked in seen us and walked out thankfully we were dressed checkout was in a couple hours feel like there was minimal communication with staff to what rooms were checking out. It’s a nice firehouse but won’t stay here again.

The staff were so kind and accommodating and the hotel is a lovely boutique-style hotel. It is not a cookie-cutter hotel at all! I’ll stay there again.

I could have booked a cheaper room but the Hotel is Historic and I thought it would be a cool experience. It was a nice Hotel. Very comfy. Great bed and shower pressure.

The staff was great when I found out the elevator was broken. Didn’t charge me for parking and offered to carry our bags. I was woken up at 1230am and multiple times after until 3am. The front desk staff went up to the room and told the high school kids to be quiet. I was very disappointed that was all they did. Offered the kids to come down to the lobby and be loud. When I mentioned the disturbances throughout the night I was given and apology but it was filled with we were once that age at one time. If you don’t need sleep and like to party then book this hotel. Greatly disappointed and won’t be recommending to anyone else.

Short trip in Cambridge

It was ok food I couldn't eat anything with my allergies to gluten dairy and nuts . So upset because I booked it thinking there would be options for me According to their description, the bed was comfy and the room was nice but hot since ac wasn't on . The parking was very pricey for the location of it was very very difficult to get in and out of parking area especially with snow .

Such a cute hotel!! Loved the decor, the complementary breakfast was great, our room was well appointed. Nice jacuzzi tub! Parking was tight in the garage so glad we chose my Jetta over his truck!! I would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Fabulous location convenient to both Harvard Square and one stop over the river to Beacon Hill Back Bay area. Kendall Square neighborhood was fun and great local neighborhood restaurants. Staff was amazing.
