The stay at The Langham was O K but l found the staff not too friendly. Also it took two days to change a flickering light in our room after asking twice at reception. I found the lobby very noisy at times with the influx of people using the function rooms. Having said that the ladies who cleaned the room every day were exceptional and are a credit to the hotel. I also thought some of the staff including the concierge and the door staff looked rather scruffy in their uniforms with just open necked shirts without ties.I have stayed in better hotels . If we were to return to Boston in the future l would have no problem staying at The Langham again. Just a few things that would make it a great hotel.

The Langham is a wonderful, luxurious family hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and made a fuss over our young daughter which seems rare at hotels these days. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as it's within walking distance to both the Boston Children’s Museum and the aquarium. The indoor pool was a fantastic added bonus that our family thoroughly enjoyed. We were so impressed with our experience that we will definitely be staying at The Langham again the next time we are in Boston.

The beds are the main thing that keep me coming black, so comfortable, especially after a long day of walking around Boston. I will say we were disappointed that the inside of our coffee machine was very dirty.. something i think shouldn't be missed when cleaning since we love a good morning coffee in the room , but had to settle for going to a coffee shop. We tried ordering room service , but after waiting over 1hr we ended up calling to cancel it. For the amount of money we paid , i think they could step their game up when it comes to service and details.
