The Lenox staff was very helpful and fun. The room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, and they provided a nice crib for us for our baby. There were lindt truffles on the bed when we came in and a nice filtered water station on our floor. Great experience

Limited storage in rooms. Very little storage in bathroom. Very poor cleanliness in restaurant and bars. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned/wiped. Does the team care about the reputation of the hotel? Some staff were excellent. Friendly and informative.

The hotel is really old the matresses are incredibly uncomfortable. There was dust on the nightstand. The headboards were made of cloth an ripped. Overall not a good experience and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

This property was wonderful. It had beautiful rooms and you could get food 24/7. The hotel was really close to Fenway (we were there for a concert) and very close to anything you could want.
