The woodburning fireplace is amazing - and the engineers who build them. Very unique. We were able to get early check in and the noon check out time is generous. Loved the attached restaurants. Staff is very friendly, helpful and kind.

The venue is amazing and gorgeous. It's walkable next to the Boston Library. The staffs are helpful and excellent. However, I was quite surprised that there was no kettle inside the room for tea or coffee. They offered hot drinks in the lounge. I preferred my hot drinks in my room, which was more convenient.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! My family checked in on Christmas Day and it was magical. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly the room was great. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the housekeeping service was always amazing. We had a room with a fireplace and ended Christmas with the crackling of a warm fire and a Christmas movie. It truly felt like staying in a hallmark Christmas movie. We were close to many historical sites around Boston and steps away from the T. The memories our family of 5 made at The Lenox are memories we will cherish forever!
