Our go to hotel when in Boston. Have been coming here for several years. Service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and dogs are welcome at no added fee! . Best of all are the Lindt chocolates on the pillows

Everything was good except for the fact that cleaning staff forgot to turn off the clock alarm and so we were awakened way before we wanted to get up at 6 AM! The only other issue was that the toilet seat needed to be held up, and would not stay up on its own. Everything else was fine. And we were happy to discover the Boston public library across the street. It’s a great place to visit.

Nice hotel, room good size, bathroom very old fashioned and needed updating, had a bath whereas a shower cubicle would be easier. Hotel entrance very dark and restaurant/bar closes early, whilst City bar was open until 2am and small not enough space for everyone to sit even in reception area!
