Lovely room, very spacious and clean.Good quality bed linen and towels. Comfortably beds and pillows.The receptionist that checked us in was very pleasant,friendly and welcoming and gave us useful information about the area. Very nice area to stay in Boston and was excellently served by public transport.

The reviews of this property were great, so I was excited to book it. Upon arrival I had to fill out what looked like a scrap piece of paper with my info. Then after finding my room down the very narrow and dimly lit hallway, I found my door latch was broken. The tv didn't work. The wifi didn't work. I had no cell reception. I felt like I was in a movie about to get kidnpped. I went downstairs after about 10 min in the room to give my key back and let them know I would not be staying, and to please not charge me for the door latch. There was nobody at the front desk, and the front door was wide open. I am very easy going, but this was too much for me. They also refused a refund for the two nights. I would rather sleep in my car then use this hotel.

Great hotel! Stayed for two night and it was a pleasant stay. Close to everything! Very clean and friendly staff. Staff was very attentive during my stay and I will be booking again when i visit Boston again.

It was way too expensive , costed me over700 dollars with additional 300 dollars deposit fees. Including 45 dollars parking ticket it’s very expensive. The parking garage itself has its weird creepy Erie feelings. Overall this hotel is good because it’s closer to everything in Boston downtown center.

They offered me breakfast until 9:30am, I came down at 8:45 and everything was gone and FD just said everything is gone, what????both days were the same, they didn't offered any compensation, no microwave at FD for guest, housekeeping never showed up they did not even replaced towels.

Great spacious room, cute fireplace in the lobby, good location close to good restaurant and coffee shops. Continental breakfast was just coffee, packaged pastries & orange juice in a carton. Would stay again!!!

Parking situation was never explained. Staff gave different answers to questions regarding parking. Hotel was noisy. Staff was not warm and spoke to you while on cell phone. Never again!
