Great for Events at TD Garden

This stay was reasonably priced.The location was great for us - about a 15 minute walk to TD Garden. The parking was easy with the garage right at the hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quite small though. It wasn't a problem for us, and it might have been because we were next to the electrical room, but you had to squeeze to get through the space between the bed and TV stand/dresser. You could barely get into the fridge since the fridge door opened opposite the wooden cabinet door. Totally fine for one night, but not a great design. Also, the "city view" from that room was basically looking at the roof of the lower area of the building. All in all, if I had an event at the Garden where I wanted to stay overnight, I would consider this location again!

The property was in a great location. It seemed to be renovated fairly recently and was nice. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The check-in was pretty slow, but we were checking in on July 3 in Boston. So I expected delays!

I booked for two double beds but on my arrival, i was given one king bed. I'm not sure if this was the hotel fault or Expedia but i was not happy about this. Then i was told that they can only accommodate me with roll away bed for my kids. They didn't even bring the bed to our room until late at night when i came and asked again. They later dropped off the roll away bed but didn't set it up. The room was so small that it barely fit the roll away bed so we had to move some others furnitures to make it work. The price I paid for the two doubles was more than a king and i want Expedia to credit me for the difference. Even though this hotel has a very nice view but i won't come back. When i waited for them to look for a room, i over heard other guests had the same problem. This is really bad!

Very average experience. Nice location. A/C wasn't cooling properly, they provided 2 tower fans. Pool area was decent with a bar. Nice attached parking garage. Art Bar was just ok, $200 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
