The room was clean. Service was amazing. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was better than we expected. Wished we had taken advantage of the outdoor heated pool. We will definitely return.

We loved staying at The Verb. Everything about the hotel is awesome. Warm welcome by the staff, super clean and big rooms, the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Loved the music theme and the fact that you can take vinyl to your room to play in the record player. The bar is really cool, the burger is outrageously delicious. Also, it is very central to excellent things to do in Boston. Would definetely stay here again.

Room was immaculate, great space for a downtown hotel. Heated pool in the winter was so fun, only recommendation would be some rubber mats to prevent slipping on ice when getting out. Record players and record library were so fun, I made good use of them. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
