This is a huge convention-style hotel far from the heart of Boston. Not for a family vacation. It is impersonal with a vast and loud lobby. I could hear the people talking in the room next door (who were not shouting).

It was a nice time. The bed was very comfortable, restaurants in the lobby were good, Starbucks. My only problem is housekeeping never came to our room. We had to call for clean towels and to have our removed.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities, including free parking. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet, we got a great night’s sleep. Great location as well. The only negative thing was the gentleman who checked us in was not friendly. We would definitely stay here again though!
