This rooms in this property definitely needs an upgrade. The bathroom needs to be redone and the carpet made the drool feel stuffy. The separate parking structure was inconvenient. They should charge the $20 and offer Valet parking.

Awful layout, but nice rooms (except sink drain)

Office park Westin, so expectations were not high. I stay in hotels maybe 40-50 nights a year for work and play, and feel the need to review this one. Accommodated my late (12:15 am) arrival from the West Coast fairly well, though there was no one at the front desk when I arrived (they must have seen me on camera and came out within a minute or so). Appreciated that they gave me a free breakfast voucher. And breakfast was quick/ decent — real-ish eggs! (Not the usual powdered garbage.) Layout of the hotel is simply awful — one elevator bank and then a very long hallway with (closed) fire doors that made me doubt whether there were any more rooms beyond (including mine). I actually walked back and called the front desk to make sure I hadn’t missed something. Room was good / comfortable, if a bit dated (like most Westins). But was annoyed to discover that the sink drain was somehow clogged and water backed up into the sink right away and wouldn’t drain. Good shower and comfortable bed. Iron was old and not wonderful but did the trick. Parking situation was annoying (garage with very low clearance and unclear layout…not connected to hotel so still had to walk across the entry driveway/circle in the cold/rain. Gates were up so at least ends up being free rather than having to pay twenty for a subpar service.

Overall, would stay here again. Overall there was an issue at check in but that was resolved quickly. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was mediocre. Parking was easy at the garage right in front of the lobby

Always a pleasant stay at the Westin Waltham. Rooms are very clean, and the beds are heavenly! Pool and fitness center are well maintained. Paying $20 for parking is ridiculous. It's Waltham, not Boston.

Staff was very courteous. Facility is very clean. The complimentary flavored water dispenser in the lobby was a bonus (was fun to try). We chose this facility because there is a rental car service on the property. The area itself is an office park with limited dining options but the restaurants that do exist across the road were good. This was a great place for our brief stay.

I stayed here for a conference. The rooms are comfortable a bit small but had everything needed for a restful night. Stayed during a busy weekend (2 medical Conferences and college sporting events) impressed with how well managed everything was. Nice gym area with all the necessities and very clean despite how busy it was. And the pool was a hit! Heated and warm. Strongly recommend
