The hotel is convenient to I95 but we were disappointed by a few factors We weren’t aware of the $20/night parking fee. My partner walked up to checkin with me using a cane, and the desk clerk assigned the literally furthest room from the elevator. My second point, it’s frustrating that hotel sites don’t let you choose preferences. A handicap option near an elevator would be our first pick 😂

My son and I enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. I was not impressed that there were no options to purchase snacks/waters etc. after a certain time of the night. With no vending machines in the hotel guests should have access to other options like many other hotels in the Marriott family offer.

We felt like we were in a 2 star hotel with 5 star facade. Our room was too far from the elevator. Rooms were old, small and basic. Toiletries were worn out. Breakfast had limited choices. This hotel needs to be redone especially the bathrooms.parking should be free.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and there was only one person at the front desk. This is a very large hotel and the check in line was long. At one point, the only person behind the front desk walked away and left the front desk unmanned for quite a few minutes. People were extremely drunk in the lobby and a lot of people who did not belong in the hotel. The hotel felt dirty, dated and a complete surprise given that Westin hotels used to be so nice. The word that comes to mind is seedy. The parking lot is scary at night and very confusing. All in all, we will not be returning.

This was our second time here as I had a medical procedure just around the corner from here and wanted to rest overnight before traveling home. This was the greatest thing I did for myself and my husband. Plenty of food options around and the hotel was wonderful to stay at.
