Everyone was super helpful when it came to questions. The room was amazing and spacious for our week stay. It was so easy to get to Boston via public transportation. If you want a convenient hotel with great service, stay here! The only thing it could improve is the pillows and a/c.. I could'nt figure out how to cool the room and the pillows could be sturdier.

The staff were very accommodating for shuttle rides to the airport train station 5 of our 7 days so we could take the subway train into Boston. The breakfast was very sparse so we decided to purchase our own things for breakfast in our room instead.

There was a mixup with the billings, as we had multiple rooms. The staff was great at correcting the billing. The shuttle was great too, helping us make public transportation and our flights.

Comfy Bed - Easy Airport Access
Comfortable beds, convenient small kitchen and friendly staff. On time shuttle to airport. It’s right off the bridge/river - so a bit loud… and dirty windows… but doubt that’s the hotel fault… easy in/out for airport.

Hotel was nice. The room we stayed in was also nice except the refrigerator was extremely noisy. And we were not able to control the room temperature which stayed at cold. We had to throw blankets on top of the a/c unit. The staff were not very friendly or personable but they got the job done. Very convenient access to the airport, but there is not much in the immediate area. Need to use public transportation or ride share to get into town.
