Will not stay here again

What a mistake. I booked because it was three minutes from the airport, but it took me an hour to get there because of a drawbridge between the airport and hotel. I checked in and tried to get dinner, but they have no restaurant. The lady told me there was hot water in the room to make a soup, but there was no such thing. Will not stay here again.

This was the noisiest hotel ever. No one cleaned our room in 7 days. And we took the sign off the door. We had to get our own towels and TP from cart in hallway or front reception area. Loud street sounds day and night. Exceptional loud upstairs guest. Mgr did call them to be quiet but only lasted a short time. So disappointed

Loved the ease of transport links to anywhere. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport (although it wasn't always easy to get through to them to book it). The room was kept lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was free everyday (albeit a little samey) and slightly disappointingly they didn't have any other catering on site, not that this was too much of an issue as uber etc delivered quickly. Overall very happy to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Customer Service

The front desk was helpful in arranging transportation for us to return our rental car and get to the airport. Shuttle drivers were punctual and personable. I would not hesitate to stay there again on a future trip.

Property was nice enough for airport hotel, but a very loud location with tons of street noise. The shuttle was good and friendly. The breakfast was poorly maintained… they were out of most items early into service and didn’t replenish.

The convenience and location was epic. Couldn't have picked it better for our needs. The staff was over the top friendly and eager to help every, single day. Any questions, they could answer and offered suggestions that enhanced our stay. The shuttle to the airport & subway was the best for us, as it was our first experience in Boston. We will stay here again!!

Comfortable, But…

Thw room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked quietly. Coffee was stocked wih my choice of Keurig cups. Disappointed to not find USB charger plugs in the room or lobby. The toilet ran every 20-30 minutes due to a worn out flapper in the tank. I turned off the water supply to stop it. The toilet paper rack had been partially pulled from the wall. These little things downgraded the experience a bit.
