No 2 queen bed available even if we booked for it

We reserve a room with two queen bed but when we get there they gave one queen bed room. They said ti complain to Hotels.com directly. We were party of 3 and we had hard time sleeping.

We had to go out and buy febreeze and a candle to attempt to cover the smell of what can only be described as piss , just to sleep. The recliner on our room was so worn down that the vinyl material was gone. Just the worst experience ever
