Found a tub leak when I took a shower. When you pull the faucet lever to start a shower 🚿water still comes out the faucet as well as the shower head

I came for a conference and arrived with a completed pre-check, but it still took twice as long to get checked in; the front desk gave me a room that was already occupied! VERY disappointing. The second room smelled so bad I had to go back down...third trip up the slow elevators landed a room right by the elevator lobby...Overall, a decent stay with no frills and a few blocks from the T - not worth the nightly rate of $300+ other than the fact that most hotels were sold out due to the conference.

Not the worst room ever but dated. The price you pay is for the convenient location. Also a plus is a generous checkout time, but beds need updating and shower backs up into tub. Rooms on the backside have a view of the parking lot and Whole foods.

I would like to share how much I appreciated the front desk supervisor named Kip! He went above and beyond, took it the second mile for service, when I needed assistance and was stressed out about an upcoming reservation I had in New York with another Wyndham property. Kip didn’t even hesitate to assist me in my time of need. Way to go Kip you are a true testament of excellent customer sevice!!

I stay here when I have medical appointments at Mass general Hospital. It is a 5-minute walk to the hospital and this hotel is adjacent to a whole foods, a CVS, and very close to several restaurants. Staff are always friendly.
