Room not cleaned. They never asked if I wanted this service when I checked in. Discovered empty shampoo when in shower. Asked to be refilled and it didn’t happen. Had to call front desk to have someone refill the shampoo. The gym is tiny, one bike, 3 treadmills, 2 benches to press. No place to stretch.

Awful beds
The beds are like lying on a slab of brick. No working vending machines on any floor. Very rundown feel for Wyndham. Awesome location and friendly staff.

Was right near some great historic sites. River view was of the new hospital they are building right in front of the hotel. Room had multiple issues (glass barn door to the bathroom), but put up with it for the time stayed.

Well located but could be more comfortable
The staff was very nice and competent. However, the bed was not the most comfortable and the room could have benefited from a relooking (ex:tapestry missing in bathroom) and the TV didn't open. For the price, you'd expect at least a little more. But it's well located and close to a subway.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and in no spring chicken so that’s saying something. I spent the first 30 minutes of the next morning learning how to walk again.
