Lovely surprise!

Low-budget hotel (as you can expect from Ibis) but surprisingly with a big room, everything smells brand new, shower with good water pressure and attentive staff. Simple, but a good breakfast. Bed was huge and comfortable. Easy access to the roads to the University or city center. Would definitely stay there again!

O Hotel é de fato ótimo, tem boa localização, café da manhã excelente, equipe cordial e muito solicita. O atendimento é IMPECÁVEL! O único problema é a mola da porta do quarto, os hospedes não tem o bom senso de se assegurar em fechar a porta sem que ela bata... isso de madrugada causa imenso desconforto. Mas... cada vez mais há pessoas sem qualquer senso comum em não fazer barulho ou tagarelar alto ao sair do elevador em qualquer hotel.

Um hotel bom , limpo, bem localizado, costumo me hospedar em familia quando vamos à Botucatu. O ruim foi que no aop hoteis.com constava claramente check in 12:00 hs e o hotel disse ser um erro e que liberaria o check in apenas as 15 hs, com o check out as 12:00 hs do dia seguinte. Um hotel com um custo alto , principalmente para quem paga por 2 quartos para 2 pessoas cada. O cafe da manhã é muito bom como sempre. Funcionaria da recepção um pouco lenta para o check in.

O hotel segue o padrão da rede, mas tem problemas de manutenção. A vedação da janela estava ruim e ela não segurava o barulho da estrada; a caixa de descarga estava com problema; o estacionamento estava lotado e havia vagas interditadas, aparentemente sem motivo. O hotel estava cheio e a equipe, insuficiente, não conseguiu dar conta da limpeza do salão e da reposição dos itens do café da manhã. A limpeza do saguão estava deficiente. Precisa melhorar.

Já estive nesse hotel em Botucatu, umas 5 vezes Mas fico no Ibis em vários lugares até em Marcelle no sul da França Fiquei triste em saber que nunca fui pontuada.

O check-in é às 15h. Cheguei às 12h, conforme informado aqui no site, mas nada pôde ser feito mesmo acompanhada de uma idosa. Excepcionalmente a atendente das 12h é antipática e monossilábica. Sobre o estacionamento, apesar de constar que as vagas são limitadas, haviam várias vagas isoladas e sem uso. Ao chegar à noite, fomos orientados a estacionar na rua, sob a justificativa de que o estacionamento é uma cortesia e não uma obrigação do hotel. Por isso, deixo apenas um alerta a futuros hóspedes, se guardar o carro dentro do hotel é uma prioridade para você, vale considerar que há poucas vagas disponíveis e talvez seja melhor avaliar outras opções de hospedagem na cidade. Por outro lado, o quarto é acolhedor e o café da manhã muito bom, com variedade de pães e também opções para vegetarianos. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel? Não!

Incrível!!! Superou todas as nossas expectativas. Hotel padrão Ibis só no preço. Quartos espaçosos com camas king maravilhosas e roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Café da manhã maravilhoso com vários itens, muitos deles só encontrados em hotéis de alto padrão. Esse hotel realmente se preocupa com o bem estar do seus hóspedes.

A equipe de funcionários são muito educados, o café da manhã muito bom, porém achei que a cama de casal deixou a desejar no tamanho. Também no meu apartamento notei que a torneira de água quente do chuveiro estão invertidas, onde ao ligar o chuveiro com água quente, sai água fria e vice versa, tanto que minha esposa até me chamou para ver o que estava acontecendo, e eu já havia notado.

Não tem uma vez que me hospede aqui que não tenha problemas, mas desta vez eles se superaram. Na minha opinião o que mais falta é um supervisor geral, que monitore o trabalho dos funcionários e faça checagem do funcionamento dos quartos e áreas comuns. Toda vez que vou fico avisando o que não funciona. Problemas desta vez: 1) Café da Manhã: Pratos sujos, leite e água quente sem reposição 2) Banheiro quarto: Pia entupida (de novo) e chuveiro entupido 3) Banheiro do térreo masculino não tranca (a pelo menos 3 anos)
