I arrived at 130pm. I was disappointed and surprised to discover that the Inn charges $15 for early checkin. There is no mention of this on their website. I have stayed at a bazillion hotels over the last 40 years and this is the first time I have experienced this. Other than this, everything was fine.

Great location
Had to come to Boulder due to a family emergency. Although the weekend rates were a bit spendy, they were the best in the area on short notice. But the weekday rates are GREAT—allowing us a respite from the hospital, etc.

Staff always helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet, in a residential area. The only thing that could be improved upon was the continental breakfast which was sparse; fruit could have been fresher.

Great stay, enjoyed the area, but the bed I slept in must have been older than me. The divets and depressions from the age of the mattress were killing my joints. Ceiling tiles could also use some TLC. Expensive for the lack of comfort an overall cleanliness in my opinion.

Quality continental breakfast, hot tub, big spacious rooms, nice walking trails nearby, bikes loaned out make 20-30min bike to downtown Boulder and it’s world class bike network mostly on multiuse paths (w some road sections) feasible. Nice young couple (with lineage to original running comp owner) recently purchased the hotel from another nice couple.
