Our room needed some maintenence. The tub didn't drain well, the toilet ran quite often. We got put into a handicap room for some reason. The bathroom had lots of extra grabbars, but the tub was slick...we used the pool and our grandson fell several times. I had a hard time just walking as the tiles were very slippery. The breakfast room has signs that say breakfast is until 9:30...however it really ends at 9, and that's a prompt 9, the lights were turned off even though several were just finishing making their breakfast. There also seem to be non guests sitting in the parking lot drinking. This was our 2nd time staying and it happened both times.

This is a newer property, and is well maintained. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and many other seating options. The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk-in shower. I have mobility issues, and was so glad to see that the room was easy to move around in. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the Broomfield area.

For a new hotel several things didn’t work. It took 3 different rooms to find one with a working tv. The toilet was a bit wonky. The whole place was a bit dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming. The staff was helpful, pool was nice and lemon water was a nice touch.

The only thing I would ask is far a different meat option. I think Chicken or Turkey sausage would be so much healthier than pork! Please consider for the future. Thank you!

Okay but not great.

I'd say the stay was okay overall. I honestly don't think I'd choose this hotel again though. The beds were hard which I know is all about personal preference and it's hard to accommodate everyone but on top of that the pool was out of commission while we were there, and with twin 4 year olds that traveled over 5 hours, this made it rough. Then we didn't notice until we got back late that first night (after everything was already unpacked and our children were already tired and cranky) that our door didn't completely latch unless we slammed the door and the deadbolt didn't align with the hole correctly so we couldn't properly lock the hotel door. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk which offered to switch our rooms, but we declined as we figured out how to get the door to latch and were leaving the very next morning anyway. Overall, I wouldn't say it's horrible but personally wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and we felt safe leaving our belongings in the car overnight. Our room had an air conditioner that made a loud squeaking noise every time it stopped blowing air, which was an inconvenient way to spend the nice. Our shower did not work well. The staff was nice. breakfast was standard. It was all very average.
