Our coffee maker was incomplete so we couldn’t make coffee. We had to go to convenience store to get a coffee nice place just didn’t get what we wanted. What was paid for

The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were quiet, clean and layed out well. The only real bummer was that the hot tub did not work. The TV signal was poor because wind had blown the dish off track, but they remedied that after we reported it.

Broken toilet seat, bathroom door was hard to open and close, closet door wouldn’t stay closed, ice machine wasn’t working on our floor, no program guide for TV and one front desk staff was not particularly friendly (she was more interested in what was on her cell phone). We selected this hotel because they advertised that they had a pool and a hot tub. Unfortunately, we found out upon our arrival that both were unavailable during our stay due to planned annual maintenance. Some advance warning would have been appropriate

I have stayed at this property at least 6 times. I am comfortable here and it’s convenient to my local family and to Boulder. This stay I was very impressed with the morning service and offerings at the bistro and the woman who ran the bistro Monday thru Friday was charming and excellent at her job. I did not go to the bistro in the evening or on the weekend days. I had one annoying interaction with front desk staff but nothing major - just not up to par with other employees that I interacted with.
