Pet friendly, clean, rooms have been renovated recently, spotless bathrooms. Third stay here, close to Boulder, walking distance to outdoor shopping. Lots of options for a quick meal.

The room had an unusual smell to it and when we told someone at the front desk they told us that they can switch us to a different room but they only have 2 double beds which is ridiculous since the whole place looks pretty empty. They also have paper thin walls, we can hear kids running outside of our room or just people talking to each other I guess you get what you pay for.

I realize we had a dog on the reservation, but the room reeked of urine. It was almost choking until the window was open for a while. We had to keep it open for the entire night. Even though someone else’s animal peed in the room, seems it should have been properly cleaned before given to another guest.

Comfortable hotel but bad breakfast

Hotel is nice and well maintained, but breakfast has done downhill since my last stay and was not good. Eggs were chopped up to the consistency of rice, little variety, no healthy choices, all plates, cups, utensils disposable.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The location is great and it is easy to access anything. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were several options but none of them were any good. Other than breakfast I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent. This property needs some attention. It is aging and upkeep doesn't seem to be the priority. One of the outside doors into the property was not working and had to be propped open with a rock. That is not a secure feeling.

The room was great. The beds were comfortable and I loved the spaciousness of the bedroom and bath. My only complaint was that the toilet seat had to be tightened every day. Best hotel I’ve stayed in ever.

First they gave me rm that was already taken, to my surprise people were in rm, and were as concerned as me we both had keys to same rm. They offered breakfast but didt have anything but coffee, juice. Was told supplies didt come in charged for parking, and made me leave 100 deposit. Hotels shouldt offer things they arnt going to give because we pay extra for what they off then get nothing but sorry not my hotel. Did not enjoy stay around midnight someone was trying to get into our rm. When i open door he said he had wrong rm or wrong floor.
