No Bacon No Service

The evening check in staff was amazing. The Morning crew was not so much. The breakfast is usually pretty decent but this time it was horrible not because of the food but the lack of it. We arrived around 730 am the apple juice was out the waffle machine bearly dispensed batter, the eggs were almost gone and there was no meat bacon or sausage. I asked the staff if they were going to make More and rsther rudly I was told No. That was all. Needless to say we left hungry and disappointed in La Quinta.

Nice hotel and high value for money

Stayed here twice now. The hotel is nice, clean, fairly new and maintained in good condition. Much better than BW next door. Good value for money. Clothes dryer was not working so had to go outside to do laundry. Lots of room in gym to add a few more things (like a sit-up bench or mats. Also, not sure where a few dumbbells went. My main complaint is all the disposable plates, utensils, and cups at breakfast. Even paper coffee cups were individually wrapped in plastic. Not many healthy choices for breakfast either.

Parking fees?!

I come for business twice a month and consistently stay here. Not anymore. They now charge to park in a regular hotel parking lot. It's ridiculous and a money grab. If you want $5 more from each guest, just increase the room rate!

The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are rude and very loud even after i renewed to stay an additional few days they were knocking at my door and even called me asking if i was checking out after i just spent 15 minutes at the front with a lady paying for 2 more nights, and when i had to checkout early due to an emergency i waited at front desk for 30 min and no one ever came to help me. They definitely need to improve on staff and communication!!

Nice hotel

Hotel is nice, modern, and generally under good repair (my room had a loose shower door handle. Breakfast was just OK. Don't like the fact that all plates, cups, and utensils are disposable.

Bell at the reception was very welcoming. But the housekeeping staff was very rude. We asked for towels in the morning because the room had only 1 bath towel and the housekeepin came to deliver it after 50mins. When my partner said we dont need it anymore we adjusted in 1 towel.. Instead of apologizing she gave a sassy reply by saying "I hadnt started my shift so u aint making me feel bad about coming late" and this just completely ruined the experience for me.
